I've seen him play lots. First noticed him at the U20 World Cup 2013. He caught my eye as a special player.

 

Saw him several times a couple years back when he was the best player at lowly Braunschweig in the Bundesliga. Its not often the best player on a team by miles is 19 years old and a left back. Watched him several times last year at his club and while playing for Ghana - he has matured lots, improved his positioning and his crossing has become top notch. he always had great ball control, nice intelligent dribbling, superb recovery rate and impressive defensive attributes like tacking.

A lot of people mentioning costa as not playing well, I don't think they watch what he does off the ball, and it's not like he is getting service and fluffing his chances, he is a player that needs to play to stay on top, benching him won't do anything, I don't think Diego's hunger is ever an issue

Me either. Costa needs service, without it then he can't score. I notice we have dallied a whole lot on the edge of the box recently. We should cut that out and if in doubt try to pick Costa out.

Were you calling him that when he assisted us to two trophies last year fella? Fair play I know it's easy to forget the good times of last year but I don't think we can write him off just yet.

Fabregas was great for us in d premier league last season no doubt, but we really need someone there to take us to the next level. I'm wishing we could just take Fabregas's brain and put it in Ramires's body bcos thts what we need rite now, I can see why they're going for Pogba.

Its far to easy to just single out certain players, The team looks like it has a massive prem title hangover and seems to be misfiring. they  just needs to click back into some kind of form. Time for somebody to show that he really is the special one and not just a two season wonder.
