Chelsea's attacking play this season has consisted of running directly into players, hoofing the ball to forwards who can't hold it up and relying on set pieces.

If we aren't going to go down the open play route, then Peter Crouch would be a brilliant signing. Great at holding the ball, great at heading things, big lanky legs to stretch for the few crosses that do come in.

He's also English and home grown.

Peter's not home grown, a little kid swapped his cow for some beans and planted them and he just appeared in the night.

Once again, no-one is offering anything constructive. Peter Crouch is perfect for the way we're playing at the moment.

Would you honestly have Falcao, Costa or Remy over a guy who actually suits our current style of play?

Really? Is he a troll? I remember reading some good posts a few years ago!

Maybe just drunk suggesting Crouch though.

If that's the case, he's been drunk for a solid couple of months.

You took the words out of my mouth.

I'm assuming he's bored so he creates topics like this to see the reactions, then laughs maniacally at the responses.

You're literally describing how an internet troll is like.  :laugh2:
