so, Cahill or Ake for the next match?

Ake was (somewhat) at fault for the first equalizer, so it dents his performance, but I think overall a solid performance from him today. I wouldn't mine giving him a start if I was Conte

"Fault" for the 1st equalizer. Kane is a metre of so ahead of the near post and flicks it as perfect as he possibly could. If ake is at fault for 1st equalizer then Lloris is at fault for the matic goal.

I think Ake and Bats both look great. Bats' hold up play is a 100 times better than costa's, no doubt about it.

Ake looked great, so composed.

Great win and hopefully we can take this confidence into PL too

Totally agree, some will be harsh on Batman but he was very isolated and didn't get any service. Costa got to come on when there was a lot more space and didn't get Chelsea's best chance of the game on target. A fully fIt and more involved Batman could be an asset to the squad if the manager liked him. Someone put his stats up compared to Mbappe and they are impressive.

Ake and Luiz were superb. Ake needs more starts. He fitted in perfectly. Great player.

Agreed. For me Luiz was Man of the Match, absolutely immense, great organisation and leadership. Ake, coming into such important game, without previous matches under his belt, showed what a composed player he is. Would like to see him at LWB

I agree with Jenas. Absolutely no denying who the better team were and if we're honest that must be worrying for Chelsea fans?

Absolutely delighted to win and that's all that matters but with no bias I would be gutted as a spurs fan. They dominated the ball and man for man were better. We scored from 3 set pieces and a freak goal. I really don't wanna see our fans really gloat that we were the better team because we wasn't. I know this post will get a bit of stick but if you look at the game from a neutral we were inferior.

Changes needed in the summer.

Possession and corners do not win you games. How many saves did Tibo make? Our goals were clinical. Reminded me of Juventus vs Barcelona. That's how you win matches and also defending well, which we did.
