I have a feeling that this might be a recycled joke, but still funny nonetheless. Same thing can be said about us to be honest. 

UEFA really should just scrap FFP now. If PSG can go and pay over £300m for 2 players, then there is something wrong with it. Clubs like Man City and PSG have obviously found a way around it, and the rest of Europe are basically being held back now. It benefits two teams and the rest of Europe suffer.

If you look at whole summer we are slightly better off than arsenal imo..
