March 18, 20188 yr I hope we play spurs in the final. Jose has an amazing record in the finals and would not want to face him with a point to prove. Spurs on the other hand are known bottlers and would be without Kane. Hopefully its chelsea vs spurs.

Highly likely that Spurs v Utd will be a competitive match of attrition. Last season it felt like by overcoming Spurs in the semis we peaked too early and crashed against Arsenal. Hopefully this time we cruise into the final ready for the battle of attrition against the winner. Suspect it will be Conte's chance to say 'Ciao' to the 'Little Man''.
March 18, 20188 yr Well pleased with today’s results beating Leicester and the draw. It’s great we’ve avoided Spurs, I hate being near that vile club with their delusional racist scumbag fans. Really hope United beat them, whilst I don’t want to lose a Final ever it would be easier to United than the Scum from Three Point Lane. God they’ve got home advantage but it won’t stop them moaning and being bitter twats.

As a consequence of our semi-final, the home Premier League game against Huddersfield Town, due to be played that weekend, has been postponed.
March 22, 20188 yr The Football Association have been accused of “shamelessly milking supporters” in a backlash over FA Cup price increases that leave Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, Chelsea and Southampton fans having to pay for the most expensive semi-final tickets ever. For the first time since 2015, the FA have raised prices for the semi-finals and final of the Cup with fans charged up to £20 more for semi-final tickets and £30 more for final tickets. While the cheapest ticket for the semi-finals, which will be contested between Manchester United and Tottenham on April 21, and Chelsea and Southampton on April 22, remains at £30, the most expensive ticket will now be £80. That is in comparison to the £60 fans had to pay for a Category A ticket last season. Category B semi-final tickets are this year priced at £65, up from £50, while a Category C seat will cost £45 instead of £40. The most expensive ticket for the final will now cost £145, instead of £115, while a Category B seat is priced at £115, up from £85, and a category C ticket is £80 instead of £65. The cheapest ticket has been frozen at £45. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2018/03/21/fa-accused-shamelessly-milking-supporters-revealing-hiked-prices/ Disgusting by the FA, that match day tickets are frequently £50 or more at the best of times is bad enough, that we are ever edging nearer to £100 tickets, per game, is horrible. The level of financial commitment required to go and watch teams is astronomical and it's pricing out more and more fans and you have to wonder if we'll ever get to a tipping point?
March 22, 20188 yr Disgusting pricing from the FA. Presumably for no other reason than the fact that they can. Someone will always pay it, but by pricing out the typical every day fan, they are diluting the crowd and slowly killing the atmosphere generated at the already soulless 'multi purpose area' that is Wembley stadium. It's bad enough it has the corporate 'ring of silence', but now so many genuine fans will give it a miss. What makes it even worse, is there will be fans who fork out £80 for a ticket, hoping and praying their team make it to the final. If they are lucky enough to see their team win, as a reward for paying out £80 for the semi, the get to watch the final on the TV at home as the FA will slash the allocation for the final as every Tom, Dick & Harry from the FA gets a seat instead. Ashley Cole was spot on with his assessment of the people at the FA #bunchoftwats

Semi-final allocation is 33,000 per team. What's it reduce to for the final, 24,000? So that's 48k out of 90k seats that are actually given to the fans of the teams playing. Makes absolutely no sense to me that almost the entire allocation isn't made available to the fans of the teams playing. No wonder they have to bump the prices up, they have to make up for the lost earnings to all of the seats they give away as backhanders.

The allocation went up to about 28k in the last couple of seasons, still not enough but the FA patted themselves on the back for it. Still waiting for the football bubble to burst, and then we can go back to proper football with proper fans, ticket prices are simply disgusting, but still idiots like me pay them.

March 28, 20188 yr £30 for away fans is the limit across the premiership, but the FA feel it right to charge up to £80 and even £70 for a obstructed view. They really are a corrupt and disgusting organisation who think us normal fans are uneducated idiots. I suppose we are for paying these prices, and they know they can hold us to ransom and we will pay up. I'll be there as always, but it will never be a patch on watching the full members cup final in 86, in the old Wembley for £10. "When Pates went up"

April 3, 20188 yr It still amazes me that you can pay £65 for a ticket (Plus the £6.50 booking fee), and not know whether you are in the lower tier or upper tier until your ticket arrives through your letter box.

I can't stant this either, such a huge diffence being behind the goal or being in the upper tier by the halfway line.
April 4, 20188 yr Seemed very easy to get tickets this morning, even with a relatively low loyalty pts requirement. Presumably demand not high for this game after recent performances? No doubt if we make the final it will still be virtually impossible to get a ticket for members!

I was thinking this. It is unbelievable when you think about it. It will actually determine whether I go or sell my tickets on. Chelsea must be the only club in the country that still doesn't give the option? Is it just a complete lottery do you reckon? Or do you think they fill up one area first?
