I think he's been good since 2019, whereas Rudiger seems to be on a downward trajectory. Based on form i'd give Christensen the nod. Nice to have a defender that can read the game next to Luiz instead of a reactionary one like Rudi.

From your own perspective, which of our defenders has been consistently better than Rudiger this season?

I prefer Rudiger as one of our back two, would like to see some more of Christensen yet instead of Luiz. I would not drop Luiz though just rest him the odd game.

I think Rudiger and Azpilicueta will be a good pair at center back.

The last two league games chelsea played at Cardiff city we come from behind. 2014 1-0 down come back to win 1-2. And even better 1984 we were 3-0 down with 10 minutes left and got the draw, i was at all those games, and the home game to them this season, which we also went behind in.

Willian - Higuain - Hazard

 

Either way I think we should win this one fairly comfortably and I look forward to seeing Colin have his customary whinge post match.

Maybe its just my phone but I like the 7-0-3 formation that can easily transition to 3 in goals if you're qouting a reply. I'd switch CHO with Hazard as the 2nd left back, otherwise looks good.

Must win game for us, Cardiff are fighting for their lives to survive in the league, but our situation isn't any better. We must come hungry and take the points.

Sarri will play his regular starting lineup, don't expect for any changes which are disappointing.
