I think our problems tonight are

a) only one of our players is on the same wavelength as himself at any moment

b) we didn't train with the Puma matchball used in the EFL Cup and so our passing and ball control has turned to sh*t 

So boring this

Get CHO over on the left as a fwd play Ross alongside Kova in the pivot and swap Saul out for Dave so James can go rwb I think we would see a much better attacking display in our standard 3421

Positives, Chalobah is looking the real deal, Havertz even before his goal,  Kovacic and Saul have done ok as a pair.
