London is hardly Siberia, the cost of a retractible roof is probably not worth it. Plans for a bigger stadium are on the backburner for now anyway, I think.

Cause Northern Indiana isn't Siberia either but I still wouldn't want to play soccer outside in the winter in 10 inches of snow.

Not sure, I don't think it's that bad. If I'm not mistaken there is "underpitch heating" to take care of the odd layer of snow.
