It's just more publicised now. People used to collapse and die occasionally, you'd only hear about it at the end of the game.

It was nice of the Spud fans to vacate the stand to make it easier for medical personnel to get in their.

We've had two games stopped because of it in a couple of months. I don't think I can remember one of ours being stopped for the previous 20 years before that at least.

The average age of fans has probably gone up significantly the last 30 years. That is probably a factor
