i don't understand that either, as soon as the help is underway why not play on?

Because maybe whilst the medics are working on the patient on the spot they don't want supporters leaping up and down around them as the game continues ?

Not at this rate coco.

We've had two games stopped because of it in a couple of months. I don't think I can remember one of ours being stopped for the previous 20 years before that at least.

You could be right, but it could also be that in the past, games didn't stop for this kind of thing and us watching at home weren't aware of it. If you think about it, it's not too hard to believe that people will have heart attacks or other serious health issues in a few of our games every season. If it was revealed that fans weren't having heart attacks this often in the stadium before now, then I think it would be fair to start questioning things.

Glad to go through, but another game with lots of possession and no killer instinct. Only real chance was the set piece goal. Otherwise, we looked fairly toothless.

i would hope that once the supporters around the patient notice what's going on that they will clear the space

I'd like the stats when Kante plays alongside Kovacic and when Jorginho does.

This season:

Jorginho/Kovacic start and Kante doesn't : P8 W6 D1 L1 GF 18 GA 2

Kante/Kovacic start and Jorginho doesn't: P3 W1 D2 L0 GF 4 GA 3

Wembley

Tie never really in doubt, we had some sloppy moments

Kepa at 27 is now looking a keeper

Lukaku and Werner look like an understanding is developing…goals would help to cement it

Sarr had a decent game

February could be productive in the silverware department

Lukaku had 2 great chances in the first half, Mount also messed up his touch in the penalty area. The chances are still there, it's just that we don't take them.

Heart damage is a frequent long term effect of Covid. There have been several reported cases in Sports players, notably Johanna Konta. As far as I am aware in all cases they were unvaxed too.

Are you trying to prove my point? Heart attack deaths steadily falling until 2019 when the chart ends and yet now it’s up 40%

That was good. We won without really needing to get out of second gear.

Tactics were interesting again - a (sort of) 4-4-2 in possession with Sarr at left-back, then dropping to a back three off the ball with Hudson-Odoi slotting in as wing-back.

Good team performance, bring on the final. In fact it's been a year and Thomas Tuchel has still not failed to get us to the final of any cup competition we've been in. Let's just hope we don't get the inevitably Tayloring if Arsenal win their semi...

I haven't been counting anything but have a good memory. The recent two haven't been hard to remember and as I said, can't remember any cases before those ones for our games.

I'm not suggesting anything here. Just saying it's odd.

Think it’s just a change of policy at football grounds now. When I played 30/40 years ago  and there would only have been a few hundred at the game I remember at least 2 times people had heart attacks at the match.

There again it may have been the standard of football they had to endure.
