Just Mahrez at the ACoN. Rest have cleared their isolation including Pep.

I don't think that's true. Pep mentioned there are new Covid cases but he didn't confirm them due to privacy. Tuchel should start doing that as well as it keeps the opposition guessing.

Disagree. We need transparency. All clubs should have to list who tested positive so we can see if the league is being fair with postponement or not.

For example I am taking this clip from skysports preview of our game:

"Ederson, Raheem Sterling, Phil Foden, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Fernandinho, John Stones and Jack Grealish all missed last week's FA Cup win at Swindon but the club have not confirmed exactly who has tested positive. They have also not said who the new cases are, nor who is now negative."

Not one single player there is confirmed positive of covid. For all anyone knows none of them are and it was a smoke screen disgned to give them a game of they have not intention of being used in anyways.

City say they have new cases, who? Danny the ball boy and Mike the steward? Again missing players could be injured, sick that is not covid. If they don't confirm it we don't know and leaves the system hopelessly open to manipulation.

It's against privacy rules to share health status of players without their permission

Then games should be be postponed unless players give said permission.

it's clear that they aren't fair in cancelling games. they should be forced to play their cancelled games during the international break with no more than 2 or 3 days in between.

Well, other clubs aren't doing it. It makes us weaker coming into games.

Make has been out of form, I'd use him as a sub option.

I have to disagree. In my opinion he should be the first name on the team sheet, alongside Kante, whenever he's fit.

All I'm asking for is a front trio of Mount, Ziyech and Werner.

My gut feeling says it's time for Kepa's blunder, which is, most probably, going to cost us all three points. Hopefully it's not going to happen. 110% needed from everyone tomorrow!

Very interesting. Don't think I have seen anyone else ask for that front 3 for this game.

I think the backline almost pick itself

Alonso - Sarr - Silva - Rudi - Azpi

If kante is 100%,  I will probably play jorgi + Kante but he is not so I'll play kova + kante

Front line is a bit more difficult. I probably will play Mount - Werner/puli - Havertz.

It will help us press better but we need to see how we handle city press. If we can't get out then bring Lukaku in and play route one football.

Perhaps the 4-2-2-2 that’s been touted in the athletic. I’d like to see Havertz and Lukaku up front. Only had a handful of games together and one as a front two. Thought their movement against spurs was superb and something to build on.

Kepa

Dave Silva Rudiger Sarr

kova Kante

mount odoi

havertz Lukaku

I don't understand the whole privacy thing. So did Tuchel break this rule yesterday by announcing that Christensen is out with Covid? With our other players in the past he did the same. Did they all waive their right to privacy?  Unless players are injured, and normally this information is available to public as managers share it during press conferences, we find out who's out sick anyway when we see the lineups and the subs an hour before the game, so what's the point to all this secrecy? Personally I think Pep is just trying to play mind games here, using this as a way not to let the opponets know who's available and who isn't.

If our rivals cancel games their spring will be heavily congested. I am thinking we could well be the ones coming as winners in the end. Not saying Prem winners but in general. Spring is the time to win things.

Anyway toughest test of the season in a couple of hours. Our injury situation is not crisis level but not perfect either. I am most worried about Kante's fitness level. He looked really off game coming on against Spurs.

City are great but not unbeatable, we did it times in a row and even Solskjaer managed to pull off a 100% record at The Ethiad.

My confidence or lack off in this game will come in the line-up more than any I can remember recently. As close to the same line-up we saw in Porto as possible and I'll have genuine belief we can get something out of this.

I might be confusing covid infection with vaccination status with regards of privacy

It's just Pep playing mind games. It should be transparent so as to not let bs like the bindippers pulled.
