I wouldn't write him off after two bad games. The thing about teams in bad form is that even the good players start playing badly the worse we get. Even Enzo didn't play well today. 

He looked really bright in the first game because he'd had no time on the training field with Potter. Now he's had some time, so obviously is declining.

I am surprised there is no deep and detail compilation and analysis of how Felix has sabotaged our counter attacking chances. 😁😁

 

£140m player apparently

I think if we had Prime Messi and Ronaldo in this team they would be sh*te. 

We've got a shed load of attacking players in this team and none of them are playing well, and coincidentally all of our new Jan signings are now having bad games after a few weeks of training.

I wouldn't fall into this trap that these players aren't good.

We should not buy him, so far he didnt show anything special apart from a few dribbles, his shooting is sh*te, always shooting in the middle of the goal right at the gk.. He is super lightweight as well. With Nkunku coming, we should spend on proper No.9 and a CDM, not on Felix.

Ok. What is your opinion of the rest of our attackers then? If Felix is not good all of them would have to be considered sh*t. Felix has done more in the limited time he has been here than most of our forwards combined for the entire season. Ability to dribble the ball, play accurate passes, get into goal scoring positions ... Seeing him play after he joined has been a revelation. As with most of our other recent signings the longer he stays here the worse he seems to become.

Then again I feel like this is all a very theoretical discussion. Why would Felix decide to sign a permanent contract at Chelsea? If I was Felix I'd be counting the weeks until I am allowed to go back to Spain. Enzo and the rest are also going to question their decision to come here ... We have become a total laughing stock since Potter joined.

He has all the same negatives to his game as he had at Atletico. 

Few nice dribbles won't distract me from his god awful finishing. Not needed permanently. 

He's been our best attacker since he joined. Far better than Havertz or Mount for that position.

Being the best attacker in this attack isn't something to brag about. For the money quoted he's not worth it.

Well said.. & before fans blame it on Potter (who has been poor), players have moved on loan & had an immediate impact on awful teams/manager. Lingard had 9 goals & 3 assists in his 1st 10 games at West Ham, literally put the team on his back and kept them up. Coutinho had 4 goals & 3 assists in 1st 10 games on loan at Villa under Gerrard, and James Rodríguez scored 3 goals and 3 assists in his first 5 games.

Sorry but this loan move has been a disaster. I reckon he was signed to make a push for 4th place, but 1 goal in 4 games even forgetting his 3 match ban has been a poor return. He is also taking an average of 4 shots per game, so that isn’t an excuse. He isn’t just that guy that will score 20+ goals. Personally will drop him now, and bin the 4-2–3-1 formation we are using to accommodate him. Switch to a 4-3-3 and maybe your Mount/Gallagher might regain their goal scoring touch.

My opinion on the rest is that they are the same level of sh*t. Felix has done more? How exactly? First match, he f**ked us over with his red card, then he had 1 goal, and thats about it, Took plenty of shots, almost all of them right at the keeper. Just because he has a few dribbles means nothing to me. He is simply not productive enough and never was except for 1 season in portuguesse league.

Exactly, we bought a lot of players, but for all we know, they might be future flops, its all just speculative potential. They are all from much weaker leagues -Spain, Holland, Portugal, Ukraine, Brazilian 2nd division.. We should have gone for Trossard instead of Felix. Same fee, permanent move and PL proven. And the positions we bought... Our most pressing needs were striker and CDM, we spent 300m in January and didnt buy neither.. 

I think we would be daft NOT to sign him, he's obviously a class footballer playing in a tactically clueless team. He's played 5 games where the frontline has changed every single time and had no chance to develop a partnership with anybody. Absolutely baffling you lot.

Realistically though, barring possibly Mbappe, is there any player in world football that could have come into this dysfunctional Chelsea team and carried us to wins in the past 5 games?
