Nah Felix is very good, lazy defensively but very good. 

However, I thought he didn't play well against spurs.

Don't think anyone thinks he's bad, just that he's not worth the fee Atletico want for him and we have adequate cover there and should spend fund on a proper partner for Enzo and an actual striker.

I honestly have no idea what we need right now. On paper yes, a Matic and a good no 9 will be good. But I honestly don't know. Take our game vs spurs. We had Ruben, Enzo, Chilwell and James. On paper it should be easy for us to get the ball forward but same as other game, it was a nightmare. Will a 9 and a Matic helped us get the ball forward? I don't know.

I'm not sure who people are thinking of when they say that we have plenty of adequate cover in that position. Nkunku? Yeah, maybe he comes and hits the ground, but at the moment Felix is the most exciting player we have on the pitch, and we saw that we don't really have proper cover when he was out with the 3 games ban. £80m? Surely not, but we've paid £60m for Mudryk, Cucurella, Havertz, £100m for Lukaku... The market is crazy at the moment, and not only Chelsea is overpaying.

We've got Enzo playing deepest which wastes his talent, he should be the box to box midfielder to progress the ball. Too easily dribbled past at the base of midfield and RLC isn't good enough to partner him. I'd take Rice or Caquoret.

The number 9 is the trickier one for me, obviously we need someone competent up top but we seem to f**k every striker up. Not got a clue who we sign there.

Nkunku, Mount, Gallagher, Havertz can all play that. Only way we should consider signing Felix is if Havertz and Mount both leave in summer.

We'd be paying £80m for him to either be shifted out wide or sit on the bench for Nkunku.

I can think of two proven EPL strikers in West London alone, i would take either of them atm.

If we continue playing this style. Tammy or even rom will be fine for us.

Of those that you mention, I haven't seen much of Nkunku so can't comment, and he hasn't been confirmed by the Club, are we sure he's coming next season? Havertz I'd sell as he hasn't shown much in these past seasons and he's worse than Felix, Gallagher is still very raw and hasn't shown the quality of Felix (though I like him and would love for him to make here at Chelsea if Felix is not staying), and Mount has lost his form but is the only one of those that has shown to be worth to keep at the Club if he rediscovers his quality. In any case, next season we'll probably only play the PL, but given our recent history with injuries, I think that we need quality bench options to keep up the level of play.

RB president confirmed he's coming to Chelsea, i honestly believe he's better than Felix too. I'd also sell Havertz, don't think he's good enough for a top team and not really shown any signs of improving since being here. Jury is out on Gallagher for me, i see glimpses of him looking good and then i see him like he's never kicked a ball before. What i like about Gallagher and Mount is they can both operate as an 8 too for tactical flexibility when needed. Felix seems more like a Havertz where his best position is to float and that can be counter productive for team shape.

The long term plan for CAM might well be Nkunku, with Chukwuemeka as the back up.

I think Boehly will sell Mount and Gallagher in the summer, and Havertz too if we can find a buyer.

Completely forgot about Chukwuemeka, not seen him in weeks after that game he could've had a couple of goals. 

Agree with pretty much this entire post. I'd obviously like Mount to stay but clearly he isn't happy and therefore not performing currently. 

Felix is very good that is obvious however he is very lazy and I don't know whether this is by design or it is just his game. He need to stop dropping all the time, it turn our team into Felix fc

He was always lazy , this is the reason Simone wanted to sell him. Simone saw a fighter in him but underestimate his workrate for the team. He is good but not for the money they wanting from us. Dani Olmo is better and cheaper. I don’t know why we zre not linkup with him yet.

Because we have Nkunku coming and Zakaryhan still being persued.

As with any player it comes down to their skill set.  Gallagher game is about making that third man run as his game is about arriving in goalscoring position. He is not comfortable getting the ball deep and spraying passes left and right. 

Hence if you ask him to do the ball progresssion again and again, then you will see the bad version of Gallagher but if you allow him to attack the box more you will see the good version of Conor.

So Conor isn't really suited to a team looking to dominate possession like us. £40m to Palace might be the best for both parties in summer.
