That Holgate challenge was f**king awful and he had the gall to moan the ref gave a freekick.

He's from Everton so they are used to looking up to Druken Duncan Fergusons brand of thuggery.

But that was special even by their standards.

It is worth remembering that, around around month ago, we were within a couple of points of United.

Now United are 5 points of 4th, when 5th May likely offer CL football.

None of us believed we could even get in the race for CL but clearly we could have had we not allowed ourselves to be beaten by the likes of Wolves in that time.

Now we are 9 off United again. What could have been.

In fairness, we have had Liverpool and city away in that time (wolves defeat is rightly regarded badly by all). That has coincided with Utd winning four in a row…and they have been very flattered by that run.

the weird thing is, as bad as we have been at times, I still think we have had more games where we have genuinely played well this season compared to Utd.
What they have had over us is a remarkable ability to win games they don’t deserve to and the amount of late goals.

Every year I think how sh*t Everton are and  wonder why they somehow stay up every year. They’re a sorry addition to the PL and have been for years with their Wimbledon style of play. Then I remember Chelsea are partly responsible because we usually gift them at least three points a season.

Forget Pool and City though. End of last year Wolves away, and during this run Wolves at home. We go in front at home, should go in front away and, if we perform half as good as we did at City, get 6 points instead of 0 and are 3 off United having since played Pool and City.

That is even after the losses to Forest, Villa, Brentford etc that went long before Wolves.

You have to feel for Kane leaves the Spuds where he wins F.A to join the giants of Germany to get some guaranteed silverware only to find it is all going south under Tommy Tuchel.

If you are Kane you must start to wonder if you are doomed to historical mediocrity.

Raya with his best Kepa impression

Just watched the goal. That is shocking goal keeping. The ball is closer to the bottom corner than the top corner before it hits the net, that's how low it is. Raya's positioning was so bad and his jump was pathetic.

Wolves beat Spurs too just after us, so probably they are having a purple patch. Most teams except the worse tend to have one.

If you play them at the is time and you are not at your best you will be found out.

Aye, unless you get lucky like United did against them.

I used to believe the same thing. Now, I believe just sign good/key player and find complement player that can cover and complent them and you will be fine.

Ratcliffe sure has a lot to say with him owning only 20-25% of the club.
