Something was very wrong with Broja when he came on, so until we know what that is I would keep him out unfortunately. 

Madueke and Palmer have a good relationship from the England under 21s, let's use that here.

You might go with that but there is no way, short of injury, that Madueke will be starting in front of Sterling. Sterling was taken of early in prep for this game. Otherwise it's a reasonable team, in my opinion. Again though Poch hasn't got the balls to rest Silva.

The ref will have to be on it with Man U with all the diving. Has to be stronger than they were against Brighton - Mitoma was a disgrace. Rashford and Fernandes will be doing their Tom Daley impressions as per usual, no doubt. 

The last time we beat United in the league was under Conte in 2017, we couldn't beat them during their OGS and Rangnick years, let's be honest they've been worse than they are now. Definitely not a game that's screaming a win to me, as these jammy c**ts always find a way to get a result against us. 

Not particularly looking forward to this one I have to say.

many of us would pick that team (with sterling and muddy swapped) but I don't think Poch will.

I think you'll see Palmer and Sterling start and Mudryk dropped for Ugochukwu (if he's fit).

Urgh, I hope not. I really don't think Les is ready and I think Mudryk always offers something, even last match he won a penalty due to a combination of searing pace and a heavy touch. 

No Mudryk has to be play imo. Big pitch that is Old Trafford.

We used to have a very good record at Old Trafford but we haven't been United now since 2017. So, I don't think a win for United would be a surprise for anybody. That being said, they have their own issues, and we will at least go into the game with some renewed confidence after yesterday's win.

Whoever loses this game will be in crisis mode, think another draw is coming. United are there for the taking, but again they could always get us on the counter if we aren't smart. Unlike years before, they don't have a DeGea to bail them out, so we have to fancy our chances if we play well.

Man U are in good form - 12 points from their last 6 games - they're hardly in crisis.

It'll be a tough game as always, and it just depends which Chelsea turn up. We've got the ability to turn a side over as much as we have to capitulate and lose heavily.

 A consistently inconsistent Chelsea are hard to predict...we played well against City, never showed up against Newcastle, played with some heart against Brighton, who knows which team shows up on Wed....I'm hoping the team that played Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs and City rather than the team that showed up against Forest, Brentford, Bournemouth and Newcastle..

The fact we haven't won at Old Trafford in 10 years seems surreal, especially when you consider we've been by far more successful during that period. They've got our number in recent years, but this is a completely new team, and I've got a strange feeling that we could break the duck this time. Although realistically it's very hard to predict which Chelsea will turn up. 

As for the team, it probably picks itself, the only dilemma for Pochettino is who replaces Gallagher. Palmer is most likely to as he's a natural no.10 but also a different type of player than Conor so what worries me is that may leave us with not enough control in midfield. Ugochukwu on the other hand feels like even more of a risk. Hopefully we'll get to see Lavia soon, as we have a serious lack of depth in this position.

What's been our excuse for not beating them in the last 6 seasons then? United have been worse than this and we've been better and they've still managed to turn us over and get a result.

Us not getting a result here will be nothing unique.

So that would be why a win is extra important this time and on top of that United are worse now than they've been for years.

A win here (and v Everton) may put us in such a position that there is something to fight for in the second half of the season. Lose them and the league season will more or less be over and if we did lose tomorrow we will likely drop down to 12th.

So yes, a win is very, very important.

Every win is important right now, if we won our next two games it would put is in a great spot for next year. But we're too inconsistent for that, and I would never rely on 3 points at Old Trafford. We've not won at Old Trafford in 10 years, if you're expecting 3 points here I would be careful. These bastards always have lifelines against us no matter how sh*t they are. 

I definitely want some effort in this game, more like City and Arsenal than Newcastle.
