Surely you've heard of Rapid Vienna?

Culturally the club is a mess. The mentality is wrong from the owners to the manager to far too many of the players.

Owners focus isn't on building a winning team. Managers focus isn't on finding a winning mentality and too many of the players are not blessed with the desire to win.

In the days before FFP if an Abramovich rich owner appeared tomorrow you'd punt the manager and replace the vast majority of the first team squad.

Who would you genuinely keep if your ambition was to build a squad capable of challenging for titles? Palmer, Caciedo, maybe James. Probably nobody else
