Giving it to Ramires for his brilliant game, kept running and really got into the game, if he just could of got a decent pass on one of the many runs he made I think we could of seen a goal from him.

Was a toss up between JT and ramires for me.

Had to give to Ramires, i thought he was quality. Didnt stop running and were so eager to impress everyone. Seeing as he hasnt been great and taking a while to settle in, he gets it for me

Ramires - who has taken so much unjust criticism this season having possibly his best game in a Chelsea shirt. Ancelotti called Ramires "the future of Chelsea". And the signs are there.

I've given JT MOTM countless times before so I'm going for Ramires. Looked far from lightweight tonight. Loads of energy and running. As I said in the match thread, he gives us a LOT more than Mikel.

Ramires for me too. Fantastic performance, and only got better as the game went on.

Ramires for me as well, hes shown flashes of what he can do but tonight managed a consistent performance that gives us something different, he will be a top player next year I would think.

Jt was superb and second half our usual suspects all upped their game going forward which is good to see, team spirit between the players looks as good as its ever been to me as well.

Ramires for me, twice Anelka didnt spot his runs into the box. Would have loved to see him cap off the performance with a goal

Captain Fantastic for me. In a must-win clean sheet effort, I'll go for the winning shot or a defensive star every time.

JT saved the day at least three times, my favorite being the cross he prevented Cahill from finishing, and almost killed himself on the post.

Since the goal was a threeway effort, Essien, Drogba and Malouda get 1/3 honorable mentions, and big ups for Ramires winning his side of the midfield.

Ramires put in an brilliant shift, was up and down all night.

With a full season behind him he could become a real weapon.

PS JT was brilliant also, some great clearances.

Agreed with that, but the third man to stand with them was Bosingwa for me. Unremarkable in the first half, but excellent in the second. He had his defensive duties well in hand, but was moving into acres of space up the the right and started many of our movements before the goal. Best I can remember him playing in a while.

Ramires, for finally debuting at Chelsea. No doubt motm for me.

Ramires, receives the first of hopefully man MOM votes from me.

Along with JT he was the only one who performed for the whole 90. Others lifted their games after what I can only assume was a half time ear chewing, but those two were the standouts.

Tough decision this one. JT was immense, but Ramires stepped up when we desperately needed that little bit of something extra. Having been given a lot of undue abuse, it's the Brazilian for me.

I said Terry but Ramires could have easily won it for me, amazing performance from him. I hope he'll start over Mikel against Villa as well.

I went with Terry but was very encouraged by Ramires performance, he was all over the pitch.
