If he wants "assurances" about Modric I very much doubt he is going to get them. Levy is stubborn but certainly not stupid enough to miss out on all that money.

I don't think the fee will be that high as it comes down to how much a club has paid to train them. Moses was at crystal palace until 2010 so I think the tribunal would probably work out around 3-4 mil. I think wigan would be mad to turn down anything around 7 tbh.But he could be the difference between relegation and survival, so whealan could be prepared to make a levy type gamble.
