My guess is that he's simply seen one of the various "R*fa says Chelsea fans are getting behind me" type headlines and taken it as an opportunity to get in the good books of Liverpool fans especially via a bit of Chelsea bashing. The fact is that even most Liverpool fans can't stand him, which says everything about the character of the man. He was a very good defender, but as a pundit he's pathetic.

He said the other day that Tim Howard for Everton was playing poor, which is fine but it was the way he said it. He said it like he was the first to take notice of it. The thing is he was doing a commentary with someone who said the same thing the day before. Twat.

If he's 'Liverpool through and through' he certainly has a strange way of showing it. Whenever i read his predictions or comments on MOTD or in the papers from him he is always putting them down. My dad supports Liverpool and he can't stand him.

Just a case of a former Liverpool player backing a former Liverpool manager.

For those that don't know, Lawro is an avid Preston North End fan, but apparently he has a soft spot for Liverpool. I don't take him very seriously to be honest, considering he's tipped against us plenty of times this season, especially at times when we were favourites.

Yes i am. He is always singing United's praises. It's nauseating. That 3-3 draw at the Bridge last season was a case in point. I know we threw that away but he was going on like they performed a miracle even though it was like, bad defending and two dodgy pens.

No liverpool fan would give him the time of day. Tries to be witty but just sounds like a tedious prat. Robbin savage is a better pundit than him, and more entertaining. Think he just thinks of himself as being a bit controversial, whereas he's just a lame act really.

There's nothing I'd like better than to see the fat twat that you've named yourself after back with you lot...any thing won here while hes here will be because hes got a team of players far superior to anything hes ever had and ever deserved.

 

If we were to win a title with him it would be the most forgettable for me and I will never ever credit him with anything.
