The FSW Rant Thread

I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread enabling us to relieve some anger about out current interim. :Connie_threaten:

Lately I have been bemused at FSW's subs and I am undoubtedly furious at his substitutions today.

We are 2 nil down away from home on the second leg of a semi final and two of the subs uses are Ivanovic for Luiz and Cole for Bertrand.

Yep, A center half for center half and full back for full back when chasing a game.

No change of shape or formation. Oh no, like for f**king like subs when we are obviously struggling to break our opponent down in search of a goal.

Bullsh*t.

Didn't want him here at the start and still don't now.

Is there anything else you guys want to add?

This is going to be a a busy thread.

f**ked up again tonight by not staring Luiz and making 2 shocking subs.

sh*t tactics, mixture of long ball and overloading the left side which made us easy to defend against.

Bringing Luiz on was the only thing he go right but it was too late and even with him on we didn't look like scoring.

This might be a good time to remind people of Ron Gourlay's comments in the QPR match programme:

Replacing Di Matteo with Rafael Benitez has proved the right move, says Chelsea chief exec

“I would like to thank Roberto Di Matteo for all he did after taking over last March and we will never forget the huge contribution he made to this club’s history.

“However, the owner and the Board felt that a change was necessary to keep the club moving in the right direction ahead of a vitally important part of the season.

“Rafael Benitez subsequently joined us as interim manager. He has significant experience at the highest level of football and has come in to immediately help deliver our objectives.

“We still have the Premier League, Europa League and FA Cup to fight for and we face Swansea in the first leg of the Capital One Cup semi-finals here at the Bridge next week. Our aim is to remain as competitive as possible and challenge strongly on all four fronts.â€

Go on, pick the bones out of that lot.

Yep, your right, Ivan and Cahill were constantly lumping long bypassing the midfield entirely. We have Oscar, Mata and Hazard which are incredibly creative and we bypass them by sending it over the top. Not only that it was awful straight balls which either went straight through to their keeper or easy to defend. Bullsh*t.

The first sub was correct and i'd been asking for it for 10 minutes before it happened, Iva was easily our worst player on the pitch, let in Michu a few times, but worst of all was his ball distribution, he either hoofed it forward and lost the ball, and some of his passes to Cech could easily have ended up in a repeat of the first leg.

The 2nd sub was pretty much ruined by the sending off, clearly we needed a goal and Torres was the only striker on there. Don't really understand the point of the final sub as Ash is probably the most fit player on the field after Ramires, but I can see why he made a defensive sub, at least we didn't lose to those c**ts after the scummy antics of that ballboy.

I make every thread an Interim rant thread...nort proud of it but its just as soon as I think of how I was sitting back and enjoying the season as a supporter of the European Champions and FA Cup holders, with some great additions to the squad and a young Manager getting great experience at the highest level and proving his worth and then I see the in the Media "Benitez's Chelsea" or the supposed improvement in the way we play I just find my fingers letting out some of the bile I have toward the horrible sh*t that the Owner or Board have the cheek to put in as some sort of improvement.

Hes ruined my enjoyment of the game and I can't wait for his dismissal.

Tonight he put out (Bar Terry) the right team, he then saw his tactics being out thought and out fought by a team who have two players that would have any chance of a game with us because their Manager had a gameplan and his players respected him enough to follow it to the letter.

To be fair Swansea could have been two nil up in the first fifteen minutes, I'd put money on Michu in that position 9 times out of 10.

When we saw no attacks down our right side, Marin should have been introduced for Oscar who has gone backwards under the tuition of the idiot in charge, Mata should have gone nearer to Ba and JT should have started purely because of his will to win.

The Luiz sub was ok but Swansea knew exactly what to expect and that shouldn't be enough for a them to comfortably hold us out, the Manager has to take the blame as he is in charge of tactics, motivation, formation and substitutions...he is lacking in every department.

Chippy, the most tragic fact tonight is that the ballboy nonsense is going to overshadow interims total failure.

Every other manager roman has sacked has been sacked for less. Tonight was awful. Wasn't even a whimper and he just seemed incapable of changing it.

He is a totally useless fat cnut. However the players need to take some flack also as they were lacklustre from the off and there is no way Manure would have given Swansea so much room to play. We are slowly becoming another arsehole who like to play neat little balls around the box but do not pull the trigger when needed. We gave the ball away far too easily for my liking. Demba ba is a big old lump and i can count on one hand the amount of times we got down the flanks to feed him with crosses that he needs. We are in big fudging trouble. Sacking the FSW would be a start

I said that to my Missus mate and I saw you'd mentioned it and told her you'd said the same thing.

He never even looked to try to change it, he just made sure the focus was on time wasting by counting on his stumpy porky fingers for the cameras...we had a hundred and eighty minutes and he was counting out the keeper holding the ball for nine seconds...beggers belief the excuses that hes capable of using, worse is some still believe them.

I just want him gone. Now.

I just wish the season would end already... What began as such a promising year, one where we are/were defenders of Europe has turned to sh*t so quickly... Roman sign the checks and stay away. Wait, first sack the board give Jose total fecking reign then stay away...Trophys are sure to follow!

I used to read a lot of science fiction, and in particular was always intrigued by the concept of parallel universes.

I want there to be a parallel universe in which Robbie is still manager and we are all set to repeat our victories of last year.

..and I have Eva's job!

How many points were we off the leaders when Robbie was sacked, about 4 or 5? It's now 11, and in addition to not surviving the group stage of the Champions League (although that was a lost cause when FSW started), we've lost out on the Club World Cup and the League Cup. Yep, Gourlay was right, this was the right decision. Where is that sarcasm emoticon?

What pains me, i mean really hurts the most is that we sacked a much loved Champions League winning manager for this waste of space. It is clear for everyone to see that it was probably the biggest mistake that Roman has made since buying the club yet its likely that the board will stick with the FSW until the end of the season. He is a virus that kills slowly from within.

The sooner that virus is booted out of our club the quicker we can start to repair the damage that he has done.
