And Higuain was rewarded with breaking the Serie A scoring record that stood for over 50 years by netting 36 goals. Maybe he’ll manage to convince Hazard as well.

July 14, 20188 yr Along with Modric he's probably been player of the tournament at this World Cup, pure class.

Again in Russia, he proved how good he is.” Uh oh... Why would Laudrup ever be speaking to Hazard? isn't he a commentator in Denmark now? Complete bs imo.
July 14, 20188 yr Hazard to NOS: “There is always speculation, I’m used to it. I’m going on holiday. Next season, I want to win the Premier League again.”

July 14, 20188 yr Eden Hazard: “After 6 wonderful years at Chelsea it might be time to discover something different. Certainly after this World Cup. I can decide if I want to stay or go, but Chelsea will make the final decision - if they want to let me go. You know my preferred destination.” #cfc
July 14, 20188 yr Starting price of £150m, lets see what we can squeeze RM for. He's a galactico, best dribbler in the world, he should get a transfer fee worth that No point in having an unmotivated player run out his contract when we could get enough money for a whole new attacking lineup from him. Here's praying we spend well Edited July 14, 20188 yr by abigsmurf

Here's praying we spend well £150m? We'd get 2 mediocre replacements max for that money. £200m might possibly be palatable. Edited July 14, 20188 yr by Fatty_Speeding
July 14, 20188 yr Heartbreaking to read, but understandable. Isco + 50million, but would Isco even come to us?
July 14, 20188 yr f**k that.....we must do what we can to make him stay. 150m? Get out of here, when the likes of dembele and coutinho go for such numbers, then we can get 200. But damn we would be much poorer for it.

Only thing we could do is get a swap from RM for someone with pure quality (Isco/Bale) plus a boat load of cash. We're going to have trouble bringing in the best players no matter how much money we have.

Laudrup is a former world class footballer who obviously has contacts I doubt that Hazard would have told him he was leaving but IF they did have a brief chat maybe Laudrup is reading between the lines.

July 14, 20188 yr Yeah just heard this news, I'm absolutely gutted. Should be close to a WR transfer fee though, nothing less, he's been brilliant at the WC, absolute class, he absolutely terrified the Brazil and France defence, every time the ball's at his feet he creates excitement and anticipation, there's very few players in world football I can say this about. Hopefully our new manager can somehow convince him that his future remains with us, but if he does go I just want to thank him for his service, he's been one of our gretest ever players alongside Zola for me. Thank you.
