He's just sh*t himself at the thought of Diego Costa using him as a punch bag next season........... what a twunt.

Just in case anyone has missed this marvellous new word!!

He was very, very good a few years ago but has always been as thick as pig sh*t and unbearably obnoxious. To be perfectly honest I won't miss him at all although he seems to have convinced himself that he's football's answer to Snoop Dogg so I can't imagine that this will be the last we hear from him...

And to think that Man Utd could have kept Piqué!

I do like his statement about choosing to end his Man Utd career now, I'm pretty sure the discussion would have been something like:

Edward Woodward : Your time is up, you're rubbish and earn too much.

Rio Ferdinand: I still have plenty to offer, please don't let me go.

EW: Your career here is over, full stop.

10 minutes later:

RF: I have come to my own decision about my future and I think it's a good time to move on. I still have plenty to offer and look forward to new experience.

Great comments by Keane on Rio today:

Keane was not surprised that Rio Ferdinand will leave United this summer or bothered that the defender was not given a chance to say goodbye to the Old Trafford crowd.

"That might have suited him," he said. "Not everybody wants to wander around the pitch waving and crying. It's not about walking on the pitch – I don't know where you're going with this one. He didn't have a chance to say goodbye? You can say goodbye on Twitter, can't you?"

I can guarantee that sadly. He's involved with the F.A and he's on the BBC as a football pundit during the World Cup :face_palm:

Did u c dat geezer getting meeeeeeeeeerked by dat ova guy, man it was siiiiiiiiiiiiiick.

Sadly, i'm not. I wouldn't be surprised if he came in to replace Alan Hansen as the regular MOTD pundit :face_palm::slap_face:

But nobody can understand his mumblings! Not that is such a bad thing in his case, but still not such a good thing for a pundit.

This reminds of how I could never understand a single word Gordon Strachan uttered in his day. A heavy Scottish accent and no proper articulation do not an ideal combination make.

Whereas our wonderful little Scottish pundit can be understood perfectly and talks sense! Why he isn't used more I'll never know!

Because he actually makes coherent and intelligent comments, not stupid clichéd sound bites with no real content or point. Which the medua belirves the majority of football fans aren't really interested in or respond to unfortynately.
