Posted March 10, 201311 yr Just the latest example of Rio Ferdinand's complete and utter c**tery http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=Y1M6oWUsRXI
March 10, 201311 yr I bet it won't even get a mention in the media, let alone the FA doing something about it.
March 10, 201311 yr I remember Iva got a 3 match ban or whatever it was for punching someone against Wigan last season. Will this get the same punishment? lol of course not.
March 10, 201311 yr ITV actually drew attention to the incident and the commentators immediately laughed it off. Good ol' Rio, the cheeky scamp.
March 10, 201311 yr No argument from me, I hate Ferdinand with a vengeance, the 'man' has always been a c*nt and always will be.
March 10, 201311 yr ITV actually drew attention to the incident and the commentators immediately laughed it off. Good ol' Rio, the cheeky scamp. I wouldn't say they laughed it off. If I remember correctly Townsend said it was a stupid thing for Ferdinand to do.
March 10, 201311 yr This is what the media is concentrating on instead: http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11668/8555666/Rafael-Benitez-claims-Sir-Alex-Ferguson-handshake-snub- Sometimes I think people are way too obsessed with handshakes in football...
March 10, 201311 yr Surprisingly, the Daily Heil is making quite a big thing of the Rio/Torres incident.
March 10, 201311 yr i know what rafa means when he says to ask ferguson if the media is brave enough. they wouldn't dare ask few ferguson the same questions they ask every other manager through fear of reprisal
March 10, 201311 yr Surprisingly, the Daily Heil is making quite a big thing of the Rio/Torres incident. Surprising indeed. Surely the handshake thing would be the kind of story they'd love to build upon. Make a whole drama of it ahead of the replay. Weird.
March 10, 201311 yr I wouldn't say they laughed it off. If I remember correctly Townsend said it was a stupid thing for Ferdinand to do. I tend to not pay much attention to the commentary on ITV, but I can remember him saying that, and I thought he sounded more amused at how audacious it was (and Rio kindly helping Torres up afterwards) more than anything else. I may be wrong though.
March 10, 201311 yr if it were jt in ferdinands boots this would be a case for the greater manchester police
March 10, 201311 yr He's s a snide prick. Note how he "helps" Torres back up immediately. He knew what he was doing, and will use this fact (helping him back up straight away) to plead his innocence.
March 11, 201311 yr I wish the FSW had come out and said "He could have killed the Lad" in a blatant p*ss take at Fergies reaction earlier in the season... I loathe Ferdinand but the FA will do nothing...
March 11, 201311 yr Credit to Torres for not rolling around on the floor like and idiot. This needs retrospective punishment and Hodgson should keep him away from the England set up because.... well because he's a bell end.
