May be a while before the results are published as Electoral Commission has to count paper and online votes. I made some notes of the meeting and will post in the next few days

I am not annoyed or anything, just not very knowledgable about the schedule.

February 20, 20179 yr Quote Not really news as such but first hand confirmation of what has been posted previously. One of the residents of the Shed End flats has been told by Fordstam that he doesn't have to move out until the end of the 2017/18 season as building work won't be starting until then. You will remember that the first phase of the build involves knocking down those flats (while the club remains playing at the ground for a season). This seems to confirm that the club will move out - to Wembley presumably - for the 19/20, 20/21 and 21/22 seasons with the new ground opening for 2022/23. March 6, 20179 yr Great news, hopefully it pushes on a bit now and gathers more traction. Would love if last year was the last year at the Bridge, mainly to the start the ground ASAP.
March 6, 20179 yr Fantastic news. Does anyone know if construction could start before next season? Would be great for the last season at the 'old' bridge to end with a Premier league title.

Construction is due to start at the end of next season with us continuing to play at the Bridge for the first year of the project. That means we've still got two more years at the 'Old' Bridge before we move out. Edited March 6, 20179 yr by Mr Parker's Dogbite
March 6, 20179 yr From the club website: http://www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2017/03/update-on-stadium-planning-application.html On 11 January, Hammersmith & Fulham Council resolved to grant planning permission for a new stadium at Stamford Bridge subject to receiving mayoral approval. Following a review by Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, we are delighted he has chosen to support the council's decision. This is the latest significant step toward redevelopment of the stadium and the delivery of the extensive local community programme. Further steps lie ahead, both during and after the planning process, before construction work can commence. We continue to collaborate with all stakeholders and will keep you informed of progress made. We would like to acknowledge all residents, businesses and other parties locally who are engaging with us during the process.

March 6, 20179 yr So how much cashish are these measly extra 20,000 seats going to generate for us? Hate the design, btw. Perhaps it will look better once it's built.

So whats that about £40m per season, x10 years = (£400m) almost the price of the whole stadium(£500m) paid for in 10 years, just from the extra revenue from those 20k seats. Probably quicker depending on the rate of price increase on those seats in the future.
