Mario Balotelli

Featured Replies

These threads give me a chuckle these days, the same people who call Balotelli a nutter, are creaming themselves at the thought of Costa. The same Costa that spits in his gloves and throws it at people, only the other day stuck the head on someone for no particular reason. Make no mistake about it, if some of the things Costa done on a football pitch happened on the street, he'd be in jail.

Really? Cause Ive yet to see anyone dismissing Balotelli because of his attitude that havent mentioned Costa being a risk for the very same reasons. in fact, tallying up the votes here, most seem to not be overly excited about him leading our line. Dont think Ive ever seen someone in jail for flinging snot either, but hyperbole sure is fun

Really? You've obviously not looked very hard then have you... Here's a few posts for easy reference I'm at work so can't quote them #325 # 330 #301 #306. They took me all of, I don't know, 2 minutes to find? Funny cause I've seen a lot of people in jail for assault, which is what nutting someone is classed as.

I said it a while ago, if Costa acted like he does on the pitch on the streets he'd have a criminal record.

Same as Suarez

Mario is definitely more talented than Costa. But one will fight for every ball and one won't. I know who mourinho will prefer

This. I'm sorry but I can handle Costa losing his cool, even though I believe Jose will curb his aggression. But what I will never forgive is someone throwing a strop and then you're basically down to 10 men because he doesn't feel loved. Costa gives his maximum in every game and I'll take that over the apparently 'super talented' Mario any day.

Lmao, dude what are you on about? You claimed posters were creaming themselves over Costa while claiming Balo was a nutter. Ive seen none of this "creaming" you are talking about. In fact, here some of the posts from the guys you felt proved your point. This was me going back roughly ten pages.

"If we were to have one of this nutters (Balo or Diego), Id take Costa"

"He was so bad last night, And the slight nudge on Martins' head was even worse"

"He has the nasty streak but not even half the ability" (On Suarez comparison)

"Diving for that pen has turned me off him aswell... i hate cheating"

"I'd be fine with him if he wasn't such a filthy prick. Hel be banned a hell of a lot when he joins I guarantee it"

Damn, better get someone to clean of all this cream off my keyboard.

What I'm finding funny is that you're only addressing the points that you think you can argue about as opposed to my whole post, because you have nothing to come back with that is factually correct. I've spent about 5 minutes and one of the said posters you're quoting there described Costa as an 'animal, fantastic signing' post #1066 in the Costa thread. Then went on to say in this thread 'don't want this psychopath anywhere near the club' #301 of this thread.

So as you can see my point is perfectly valid, unlike what you're slavering. I could spend more of my time sifting through the threads for more examples of it, but I won't as I have better things to do with my day.

By no means am I singling out posters or their views, I just find it funny certain actions are deemed as gamesmanship and competitiveness for one, and immature and stupid for another.

What am I not addressing? You said people are creaming themselves over Costa while not wanting Balotelli and then tried to show evidence for it. I said I havent seen it. But to be fair I dont really recall what went on 50 friggin pages and half a year ago.Though as you can see this poster has recently change his mind.

What I did find annoying was you coming in here make stuff up to complain about. Nobody is casually dismissing Costas behavior (Or creaming themselves over him) while saying Balotelli has too many issues to play here.

Half a year? That'll be a month ago if you read the date, again talking rubbish.

I actually missed a great example of your own post a couple of pages back.

What Costa does is certainly not a win at all costs attitude and giving 120%, quite how you think biting Ramos finger, head butting other players, and spitting in your glove to throw at people falls under win at all costs is ridiculous.

It's disgusting, unprofessional & certainly not 'doing what it takes to win'

LoL I honestly dont know what point you are trying to make. If its that Costas character and mental attributes are concerning then I think pretty much then entire forum agrees with you.

you'd pick a fight in an empty room.

Would prefer balotelli to Costa, both are liable to do something stupid, but at least balotelli is capable of brilliance, and I remember reading that he would love to play for Mourinho again. He's got a baby and has just got engaged so I think there's a good chance he will mature, and from all accounts Mourinho enjoyed working with him.

I think youre right, and by all accounts this season has been an improvement. Didnt get sent off once in serie A in 30 appearances, although let's be honest, not getting sent off isnt much to brag about.

his mental days are behind him. anyway, he isnt coming.. he'll end up at arseholenal

I heard (dunno if it's true), AC Milan hired a full time "mind-er" just to follow him around and keep him put of trouble.

I think if you ran over to someone in the street and slide tackled them you'd probably be in jail too.

I'd be surprised if this was genuine - what wouldnt surprise me would be if they had brought in some sort of psychologist or "career manager" to help him out with his issues. We have them in my line of work, and they are relied upon heavily to help people through tough times when the pressure is on. Perhaps that's the kind of thing he's been having. A full time minder sounds a bit extreme, but I know what you are getting at.

He just looks a lot more comfortable now and at no stage against England the other night did he look like he was getting riled, huffy, moany, upset. I've seen VERY little of him this season in Italy though and I've just tried searching for some articles regarding balotelli controversy this season, and it's been pretty limited to be honest. Maybe he's turned a new leaf - really easy for a lot of people on here to assume he's a total c**t, but i'd be surprised if many on here, if any, had consistently followed his progress throughout this last season.

I'd love to have him at Chelsea. Wont ever happen though.

Signing Balotelli would be a smart way. Mourihno knew how to work with this player, he wasn't that "bad-boy" then. The connection between Jose and Mario is pretty good and I think this would help Chelsea, but seems like they're too away from signing him.

I'd prefer him instead of Costa. Maybe Costa scored more goals than him, but he's still better and he would be a scorer for Chelsea, Mourinho will change him.

you'd pick a fight in an empty room.

Who you talking too, Dennis Wise?

I am with you there - I think people could have nightmares about Jose and Balotelli.

I think he would fit in with our side, and the Premier

league far better. Plus he is younger, hasn't had any of Costa's injury concerns and would likely pull in a larger resale value.
