Bony would be a fantastic choice. 

Not to mention he says he aspires to be like Drogba ;) 

As a first choice? Not good enough imo.

 

As a second choice i'd rather have Lukaku.

Well he's not as good as Costa but he'd be a lot cheaper and the majority here seem to be opposed to him. There's not many top class strikers out there and Bony has proven himself in the PL.

I don't see how Costa is better than Bony? And Bony is 2 months younger than Costa and is not a bully. And he has done even better than what Suarez did in his first 2 season in Premier League. This guy is worth a shot!

If you've actually watched both play football and don't or can't see how Costa is better than Bony then I can't really help you.

 

Revista de La Liga, Match of the Day or sortbystats don't count as watching football by the way.

Well I've Costa in 2-3 matches (Well 2 against us) and I don't find him any good especially when the buses are parked(like us) and we need the striker which can destroy the bus and score. And certainly don't think they both are capable of doing that.

But I made my judgement on basis of their stats you can say Eridivese or whatever the league is called weak, but Suarez also flourished from that league and now is banging for fun here, and by comparing Bony to Suarez, Bony made a better start than Suarez here 33 apps and 16 goals compared to Suarez 44apps 14 goals in his first 1 and half seasons.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying Bony is better than Costa, I'm just comparing the stats.

Loads of clubs looked at Bony and he ended up at Swansea says it all for me. There are loads of second rate strikers out there to get that's not a problem, we need a world class first choice striker this is the problem because there a very few out there.

would love Bony and lukaku as back up for Costa, or maybe even Bony/lukaku partnering Costa. 

We had the chance to get Bony last year, he will be double that price now.
