I appreciate that Ramires has had flashes of brilliance and can run and run all day like Forest Gump but ask him to complete a pass or not get caught in possession, he just goes into complete meltdown.

 

His tackling and temperament also leaves a lot to be desired.

 

He is a liability IMHO.

He's worth keeping around, adds some much needed urgency to our play. Everyone goes through a rough patch, no need to sell him.

Wouldnt mind keeping him around as a sqiad player, but if it could aid us in getting another quality midfielder in I would be all for it. Gotta question what Real os suppose to do with him though, not their kind of player

I can't see why Real Madrid would want him given they already have Di Maria

He has had a dip in form, can't argue with that... and his temperament has been some what... woeful these past few months... but he can be a game changer with his bursts of energy in the 90th minute when everyone else is knackered, whether it's attacking, defending or simply hustling. I love him, really hope he stays.

If we do sell him, then we should buy another midfielder, preferably Koke or Pogba. Otherwise, we can try and get Varane as a part of the deal.

People clearly seem to forget Villa Park and the Sunderland game, which he's still serving a suspension from on opening day of the season. He is a liability and lacks the maturity to control his temper. I say cash in whilst the money offered is good. We could easily put that cash to better use than having Ramires around next season...

Think Mourinho really likes Ramires unless we get Khedira in exchange or something i cant see it happening. Also we might play 3 in midfield next season and if we do then i would expect Ramires to be back to his best.

Ramires on form is one of the best players in the team.

Can't pass to save his life and doesn't suit the current system. Not to mention his temperament is horrific, very nasty at times.

Too many changes in personnel and next season will become yet another transitional year.

With lamps, cole, eto'o, and Luiz going, im not sure if moving another first team player out will be the best thing for team morale.

His passing, tackling and temperament is poor imo.

If it is £25m I think we should cash in, as we could put that money to good use.

If he does stay then he should be an impact sub for when the game is stretched. 

Keeping him just because he's fast and energetic isn't strong enough reasons for me, unless he unleashed at the right time in certain matches.

To be honest I think that's says more about the state of our midfield rather than praise for Ramires. That being said he's ok to have as a sub but not good enough as a starter in my opinion, £25mil is more than he's worth though.

No denying he's an absolute quality player. Didn't have a great season and isn't popular with the fans at the moment but was very consistent for us in 2012.

 

I would like him to stay but if the offer is there I can see how the club may be tempted.

i like him. had a bad couple of months lately but before that and at the start of the season he was electric. Would be much better in a 3 midfield and im hoping we play 3 in midfield next season

2012 as in 2012/13? the season before that? If you meant last year I strongly disagree, if its the year before that I just disagree. Ramires has never been consistent. Even within a game hes terribly inconsistent. Capable of true moments of magic and some absolute shocking involvements from minute to minute. Only thing consistent about Rami is that he will always give 100% and work his butt off
