Each of Manu, arsenal and Chelsea appear to have strengthened this season and citeh also although less so at this stage.

On the other hand liverpool will almost certainly be weaker as I can't see them adequately replacing Suarez.

Spurs likely stronger.

Us and citeh to dominate at the top, Costa top scorer with 30 league goals, Le arse mancs and dippers to fight it out for the last 2 CL places, dippers to struggle without the pitbull and also having midweek football to contend with this season.

I actually think Arsenal will be challenging next season. I think it will be:

Chelsea

Arsenal

City

Utd

Thinking about it though, if utd get vidal and a couple of marquee signings defensively, they might actually challenge too. I don't think man city will be challenging for 1st place next season.

I'm a bit optimistic, not so sure about the top 2 mind but I'm gonna go for us. You may laugh about my 4th prediction but Tottenham still have a lot of quality players, if they keep a hold of them and regroup under this new manager I don't see how they can't surpass Liverpool and United.
