The ref letting him off without even a yellow is the best possible outcome for us today, to help make the case for Matic's card to be rescinded.. I saw the incident and it was almost identical to Matic's, only without the run-up, but his hand was definitely above the neck.

Apparently, according to Gary Neville, Howard Webb was on Sky MNF a while ago and said that a shove below the neck was a yellow, above the neck was a red.

Fair enough, I thought the play stopped cause of the shove seeing as Noble wasn't booked for that foul.
