May 2, 201511 yr Wouldn't mind losing to Sunderland on the final day if it ensures their survival at Newcastle's expense. Muhahaha I'll love it! Love it!! Sod that...Sunderland took our home record last season thanks to woeful refereeing, so will happily beat them to send the down..think both clubs are a joke and neither will be missed...Jonathan pearce's love in for Gerrard on match of the day was incredibly cringeworthy...get a room Edited May 2, 201511 yr by The Brit
May 3, 201511 yr Why? Where to begin? 1) Starting the pre-season with 8 registered players and no goalkeepers. Imagine Chelsea doing that and you gain an understanding of just how ridiculous that sounds. 2) The Oystons pocketing parachute payments from Blackpool's 2010/11 PL relegation and not re-investing into the club. 3) Not being able to provide enough kits for their players to the point where their goalkeeper had to wear an autographed shirt during a game! 4) Owen Oyston being a convincted rapist (N.B: I know how 'flexible' UK libel laws are, so I'd like to point out that this is a fact, not just my opinion). 5) Suing a retired pensioner for 20 thousand pounds for 'libel'. 6) Taking action against fan forums who dare criticise them. 7) Karl Oyston's mockery of the fans with his license plate saying 'OYSTON OUT'. 8) Removing statutes of legends from Blackpool FC's ground. 9) Leaving training facilities in a state of utter disrepair. Basically, they're the sort of owners who make the likes of Venky's, Mike Ashley and Hicks & Gillett (sic?) look good.
May 3, 201511 yr April 2nd - Newcastle 35pts Leicester 18pts May 2nd - Newcastle 35pts Leicester 34pts
May 3, 201511 yr What do people think about a cheeky pop for Di Maria? He started well enough but despite having fallen apart since about November, he showed his class last season and has worked well with Mourinho before. If we could get him back to his best it would help solve our RW issues. I think that we still are in need of a top level winger opposite Eden. Di Maria would more than fit the bill going forward - however I'm sure it would take some pretty crazy money to get him in.

May 3, 201511 yr Yeah how dare he take his chances and celebrate his goals lol Get over it mate You're the one who needs to get over yourself, because you love the man you can't take anyone else calling him out for the twat he is. I love Suarez as a player, despise the man though he's a horrible cretin.
May 3, 201511 yr Rather United get top 4 four than liverpool. Finishing 5th won't effect Uniteds ability to improve their team, as much as it would liverpool. My liverpool supporting friend had the nerve to say Mourinho was scared of rodgers, and that you would have to be an idiot to not see rodgers is doing something special at Liverpool. Utterly delusional. It will be a satisfying day when rodgers gets sacked, having won no trophies.
May 3, 201511 yr yeah, this lot are definitely winning the league next year . . . It`s what a couple of cockney red pricks at work are saying....they really get on my tits.
May 3, 201511 yr I don't mind him celebrating. It's the fact he never acknowledges the people who set up his goals. Just like when he doesn't score, and someone else does, he sulks. Just the latest example: http://youtu.be/Gs76DnVNXoE
May 3, 201511 yr Especially one prick has this jobsworths nerdy voice and calls everyone `bruv` like some barrow boy and always has this air of cockiness when it`s pointed out to him how sh*t man u are...or `we` as he calls them...then starts to go on about what chelsea were like before roman and compare trophies chelsea and they have won...a typical glory hunting c**t!!

May 3, 201511 yr There is no way Jose would set out to lose to Liverpool in an attempt to deny United a CL place. We are unbeaten at home FFS. The only club in England with that record this season and we are not so unprofessional that we would toss that awat. I reckon Jose doesn't care one iota who else ends up in the CL. We are better now than any of them and we will strengthen again in the summer.

He is so competitive he wants to win every match - even the celebrity match he managed last year - he watched the videos of all the previous years - hilarious!
May 3, 201511 yr Just watching Sunday Supplement on Sky and thinking "next year that photo of Man City with the trophy will be replaced by one of our boys with the trophy" - happy days. Edited May 3, 201511 yr by carrickblue
May 3, 201511 yr And none of those stats stop him from being a huge bellend! Those stats are probably what makes him such a bellend. He seems obsessed about getting every possible individual record there is.
May 3, 201511 yr Just watching that on the Sunday repeat, it's nauseating, ugh! Yeah it was hard to watch, he said "you can see how much he wants it" when he hit the penalty but for me he looked like he couldn't be arsed when he took it.
May 3, 201511 yr Author Don't often go in bookies, but was going to pop into one today, as it's a special day! Do you think they'd allow my nine year old son in with me? As I don't want to leave him outside on his own, not in the middle of Bournemouth.
May 3, 201511 yr Those stats are probably what makes him such a bellend. He seems obsessed about getting every possible individual record there is. How disgusting for a professional to have the drive to be the best he can be, to work harder at his game than almost any other pro. I think this is the epitome of haters gonna hate. Has his drive for personal perfection ever been at the cost of his team or has he won his teams matches on his own at times? He did in this country and he did so in Spain and for his country. He's a better professional than 99%of other players in my opinion and every young player should follow his example.

Didier Drogba, John Terry, those guys are the ultimate professionals, not interested in personal glory, just interested in doing the best for the team.

Didier Drogba, John Terry, those guys are the ultimate professionals, not interested in personal glory, just interested in doing the best for the team. One of whom got sent off in a semi final for kicking a player and another who got sent off in a final for slapping someone. But both are still legends. What's Ronaldo ever done to compromise a team's result in such a way? Nothing. I imagine any response to this won't focus much on Ronaldo
May 3, 201511 yr Oh and Drogba threw a hissy fit in the last game of the 2010 season because Lampard took a penalty to secure the win when Didier was chasing the goalscoring title. That is the epitome of personal glory over team glory. Edited May 3, 201511 yr by Blue Daze
May 3, 201511 yr 1 hissy fit, compared to at least 10 so far this year by Ronaldo. I'm not saying he's not a great player, but his attitude sucks and as person he's a bellend!
