Who will stop Chelsea's unbeaten run?

Featured Replies

Chelsea haven't lost a single match since April the 30th, which means we've been unbeaten for half a year now.

In the next couple of months Chelsea have a a lot of difficult games like Liverpool, Stoke, Newcastle, Southampton and Shalke away. But who do you reckon will be the first team to beat us?

I am starting to worry about that December trip up to St. Jame's Park. The Barcodes are starting to jell & look a bit formidable.

i will be worry if they start this run at the start of December

but start from now? which is not my concern

who can have the same run in more than 2 months? with Alan Padrew in charge? is impossible

If you look at the schedule, you will notice that CFC plays spuds 4 days prior. That will be taxing. Then you add that it's a long trip to Newcastle. Then add the fact that CFC will play in Sporting in UCL shortly after that match. It will be a rough stretch believe it or not.

We'll see, let's not start talking about going unbeaten all season just yet.

Personally the trip to Anfield looks like a place we could slip up, be just like us, a team that isn't playing well but manages to pull off a performance against us.

It will be Balotelli's best performance against us!!!!

Don't you mean his best performance for the next year?

I can see us slipping up after that away match against Schalke, we have Sunderland away right after. You can bet Poyet will have them motivated (If he's still in charge that is).

I think in a way it wont be a bad thing to lose one game. It will stop all the silly talk from the press about going unbeaten.

When you look at Arsenal's unbeaten season they actually dropped a lot of points towards the end because they were only worried about staying unbeaten and not going out to win the game.

I would rather win the league than go a season unbeaten.

slip lol

There is an extremely good chance that Chelsea go the remainder of the season unbeaten. The bookies generally have Chelsea winning the league 75% of the time and their remaining fixture against Man City is in London which makes a big difference to the season run in.

The only concern is if Chelsea open a 10 point gap on Man City and there is an important semifinal Champions League match where we rest a few players in the PL and get hit by Arsenal on the 25th April.
