We've become a one man team I'm afraid to say. Oscar is Tom Cleverley with an accent, Willian has zero end product and Fabregas has been awful since Xmas.

Willian was excellent today, his quick thinking help set up the winning goal. On any other day he would have been man of the match just Eden was a notch above that.

On a side note. Yahoo.com has an entire headline dedicate to Charlie Adams' goal. F***ing disgraceful.

Mate, that was some crazy ass goal so what would you expect, they have nothing else to write about.

A lot of positives today. Eden Hazard is a football genius, nothing else needs to be said. We were caught out and spooked by an absolute worldie but other than that I thought we were very good, and looked properly dangerous going forward again. However, sometimes we really do try to walk the ball into the net and it's bloody frustrating.

The support today as well was absolutely fantastic, great to hear, credit to all those that went and supported the boys in the home stretch

3 points. The most important thing whether we won by a 1 or 10 goal margin. 3 points is 3 points.

Is a real shame Diego went down injured again, but as Jose admitted we gambled on him and it did not pay off. We are ok with Remy, he knows how to get us a goal. If Hazard and Willian keep playing that way we will do just fine.

Well done lads, pressure was on and we replied.

Cracking strike by Adam as well,, credit where credit is due.

Slightly harsh. Oscar has been poor of late, but he is light years ahead of the likes of Cleverleh. Willian had a great game today.

For me the problem with Fabregas stems from where he is played, which is far too deep. He has no pace, so people can easily run away from him and he cannot tackle. We need another midfield enforcer to come in in the summer and play alongside Matic while Fabregas is played further forward, where his weaknesses won't be exposed and his strengths are put to best use.

I think I would prefer Cech in goal 4 the final run in ...

TC hasn't done much wrong. It's just that PC is the 'clean sheet specialist' and that's what we need right now, plus experience counts.

We continue to make hard work of every single game, since Swansea away ... !!!

Cuadrado was brought in to hit the ground running and give others a much deserved breather but he is an absolute flop ... a terrible signing.

Jose's got this one wrong. It's for all to see ...

Needs to be NOT included on the bench right now.

Bring in a youngster, anyone else to cover? ... surely they would have more impact?

Hazard again the best player, Willian a good second. Our defenders were mistake-free. Courtois was to blame for the goal as Jose suggested. Two games in a row where he's made a mistake that cost us a goal. Glad for him they haven't cost us any points.

Sad to see Costa injured but Remy is on a very good form.

I agree about Fabregas, but overall I think he needs to be our no.10. With Willian, yes he did have a good game today, but it was a good game for his standards, not for a top players standards. It is harsh on my part but when you think we spent 30mil on a player who specialises in dribbling sidewards and passing back for me isnt good enough.

I'm also becoming increasingly annoyed our reluctance to shoot outside the box. Fabregas and Willian are the main culprits for this, the amount of chances they had to get a shot off and decided to pass it was ridiculous and today wasn't the first time either.

People are talking about Cech like he never made a mistake in his life, I love Pete but he has made errors too...it comes with the job...and Courtois wasn't that much at fault for the goal....it was a great strike from Adam and as sky showed, not only did he lob the ball he got swerve on it as well...thibaut is clearly trained like most keepers to act as a sweeper in case a ball is played over the top...think more credit should go to Adam, even though he is a thug...

Also you're forgetting Courtois is no 1, Pete is off in the summer...Jose runs risk of upsetting his long term keeper by dropping him now...though I would agree that Thibaut has dropped his concentration levels a few per cent and needs to step it up

Also De Gea didn't have the best first or second season with Man Utd, this is still Tbo's first season and he's only a year older than the former was in his first.

It's a serious situation mate, if Cesc is having a good day 'on the ball', then everything is ok, he contributes more than enough, but if he isn't, then you don't get anything because he is too inconsistent with his tackling.

It took a brilliant strike to beat him, can't really blame Tibo.

Well Jose did think it was Tibo's mistake. He said Tibo should know they have a player of a calibre who can try that. Tibo's mistake as simple as that. Good it didn't cost us. The goal was out of nowhere of course but I have no idea what he was doing so far out of his goal anyway..

Brilliant strike yes but Courtois is partly to blame for me. When a keeper gets beat from 70 yards, I'm sorry, there's no other conclusion.

He didn't antipate what could potentially happen, Adam said he had spotted it earlier in the game, he only shot because Courtois was so far off his line.

I doubt Courtois will be allowing it to happen again, and by that definition alone, it was an error of judgement.

Harsh because it was an absolute freak goal but a goal it was and Courtois will have to accept his part in it, IMO.

Jose said Courtois should have been more aware of the threat, but still said it was a brilliant goal...so not laying total blame on Courtois at all...you could analyse every goal that's scored in the game and say someone was at fault..just more focus is put on the keeper

We played some good football after long time.. it was very good to watch.. Hazard, Willian, Remy were standout for me.. even Matic looked good.

Only Cuadrado disappointed me.. he was looking shot on confidence... I would have hoped he scored that goal, then he would have got confidence back... But I think we wouldn't see the best of him untill he had a full preseason with our team, building chemistry with hazard and Oscar..

We played good football throughout the match... we should have scored like 4 goals if Remy and Cuads have converted it.. but in the end all it matters it we get 3 points...

That goal; Hazard was down, Thibault was off, had those two things been reversed Adam may not have got the ball and if he did Thibault may have saved it. This is what fascinates and frustrates me with football. I'm trying really hard to be magnanimous, but I just can't. I do think though that game saw some fine play from us, if we play like that again against a less dirty team we will be entertained and celebrating.

We played well. Aesthetically, our best performance for a long time. We really need to learn to finish clear cut chances though. I suspect we'll improve on it, next season.

No worries from me, that Costa is out. Remy is more than capable. I just hope Drogba isn't given the nod instead.

Well I have to say that in ten years I never saw Cech lobbed from 70 yards or botch a clearance like against Hull last week... I can understand why the club/JM have decided to back the younger man but Cech is still the better keeper for me. If they were the same age I'm not sure it would even be arguable.

An odd sort of game really. A bit like a playground game, lots of stuff going on but no real structure or pattern to it. Thought we played better than in recent weeks and deserved to win. But for a freak goal from them it would have been more comfortable. Stoke must have committed about 40 fouls over the two games against us.

All this moaning yet with 8 games to go we're 7 points clear of 2nd placed Arsenal with a game in hand, and 9 ahead of City.
