June 13, 20159 yr At least Her Majesty knows who out of Lampard and Gerrard made the greatest contribution to the sport. Frank's OBE trumps Stevie's MBE. If only Frank had gone to public school he might have got a CBE like Benedict Cumberbatch.

I don't know what counts as a public school but Frank went to a very well established (in 1557!) independent school that takes boarders and has a prep school so it sounds pretty much like a public school to me? Â
