Really, Fargo? I remember watching the first few episodes but I thought it was pretty boring. Does it take some time to get into it?

Had the same thing with madmen by the way, most boring thing I've ever seen.

Anyone tried peaky blinders? Best thing I've seen in a while.

The Peaky Blinders is one of the best things I've ever seen! The first series was just awesome. The second was also brilliant and this past third one was a bit more bizarre but also very very good.

I love Tom Hardy in it, what a character he plays. Really added something to it in my opinion.

Yeah, he is a 'lovely' character, very sweet...

Really? I found he made it all a bit too "Guy Ritchie" for me. I can't believe that anybody actually spoke like that in the 1920s.

That's the feeling I had with the italian bloke. At least when Solomons came on you knew you were in for a laugh.

Those of a certain age may remember this.

I recently watched the series The Last of the Mohicans which was first broadcast on the BBC in the early seventies. I remember watching it when it was broadcast then. It's a few years since I last read the book by James Fenimore Cooper. Have to say that the TV series is far closer to the book than the film.

Just finished Narcos season 2, really enjoyed it, not sure how they are going to keep the momentum up of season 3 without  the main man in it.

What an extraordinary story and well crafted tv series.

Just watched an episode of Yes, Prime Minister. Of all the comedies I've watched over the years I have to say that Yes, Minister and Yes, Prime Minister are the best written. Maybe not necessarily the funniest but certainly the cleverest. First broadcast over thirty years ago some of the story lines are still relevant today.

just finished stranger things and thoroughly enjoyed, but i got a tad lost at the end, can anybody tell me why the cop was putting that food in a box ? or was it suppose to be a mystery?

It's to lead into the next series. Is it for 11? Is it for his daughter? Etc.

Bloody good series though eh.

Finished Narcos season 2 but have little or no interest in seeing the next season, since Pablo isn't going to be in it.

Do I give a f**k about the Cali Cartel? No.

Excellent series though.

I've been waarching Happy Valley, it's bloody good. I was put off initially because of Racquel from Coronation Street but she's very good in it.

I was the same and really enjoyed it. When they do the next TV awards, Sarah Lancashire should pick up best actress for that 'cos she was quite brilliant.

Yeah me too.  that's why I often wait until a series is about 6 or 7 episodes in before starting.

just finished fargo, very good !! a bit perplexed by there being a second season though, it seemed to end quite conclusively

The second season isn't really anything to do with the first one.
