Priceless clearance from Ashley Cole there, it really was.

What struck watching those highlights was how abysmal David Luiz was that night. He provided some special moments for sure and I'll always remember him fondly. But I have to say I'm very glad that we sold him.

That's true. Loved him when he was here but the money offered was too good to refuse.

Like you, I'll always remember some of his best (and funny) moments with us.

And who would forget this?

This was my favourite:

Oh and this one:

Agree - loved him but the money was too good to resist!

Definitely a charismatic and likeable character but the money offered from PSG was too good to turn down!

He's welcome back at the club in future endeavours.

Turns out Mourinho may have been right after all about Özil:

- is the first player to assist goals in six consecutive PL games.
- is the first player to assist 10+ goals in his first 11 appearances of a PL season.
- covered more ground (10.5 km) than any other Arsenal player against Spurs.
- as averaged an assist every 2.46 PL games, the best rate in PL history.
- has the most assists (10) and has created the most goalscoring chances (54) in the PL so far in 2015-16.

Didier released his autobiography today.

I'm reading it tonight, before I go to bed.

Definite must read, football will be the least exciting/ground-breaking thing he's done and err... that's been pretty phenomenal..!

He's definitely improved this season, he still look's like a player that hides when the going get's tough though. I'm still yet to see him drag Arsenal out of a mess.

This Man U side being top with the way they've been playing is almost as big of a mystery as how our form has dropped so drastically this season.

Is a very good goalkeeper really all that turns a mediocre teams into title contenders?

Well we saw what happened when courtois went down ;-)

Good point.

If it is a genuine factor and not just a coincidence , it is pretty damning on the overall quality of the Premier League though.

True but football in general is pretty poor this year IMO ...even Madrid are boring to watch this year

Not a surprise considering their manager.
