I don't think there has been a worse time to playing Tottenham right now to be honest. They are playing really well. If we can get a win against them though it would a hell of a confidence boost.

If we can get a win against them I'd be pleasently stunned.

I would be happy if they dont score more than 2 past us there buzzing at the moment cant see us getting anything from that game... :(

Have to agree Scott. Pinocchio has them playing well. Kane scoring again and Dembele in the form of his life. Away from home. For the first time since colour TV was invented we are going into a Spurs game as underdogs.

4-0 Chelsea.

I'm hoping that going into the game away from home as genuine (formwise) underdogs will bring the best out of the boys.

We have been nervy in games we should be winning but even on usual premiership form a draw at WHL isn't a bad result so expectancy shouldn't be massively high with Spuds having their best looking squad for a long time.

They are playing some genuinely good stuff and will be a huge test, if we pass it then I think we can really put a run together, the game may have come a little early in our stuttering season but nobody can expect us to just turn this form lapse around overnight and if the worst happens I hope people don't go overboard.

My money will still be on us but I've certainly not had a fruitful season at William Hills to date so that means very little.

Be a good test for us and they may well be the in form team in the league at present, Midfield will be a key battle and Jose has a lot of thinking to do to get this one right.

Hopefully Diego will watch a few videos of the Norwich game and see the six yard box isn't an area to avoid, maybe the goal will have him push harder to get on the end of some of the dangerous balls we have started to get in there.

Edit: I started writing this before Just made his last post but had a cup of tea and got weigh laid...funny we both mentioned going into this one as underdogs...surely that won't repeat itself too often.

What else could it be about? If it is, then I wonder who will take his place. There can't be that many available. Brendan?

No sympathy for them! Which moron thought sacking Ancelotti and bringing in Benitez would help the club is beyond me.

Can I just say in his defence though been sacked after 2 defeats is a disgrace. What I will say and agree with Guillem Balague on is Real need to stop sacking managers when they don't win something for a season. There's no way Ancelotti should have been sacked at all. That was a disgraceful decision. They've even sacked managers when they've won stuff aswell. They really need to sort there sh*t out and stop buying flair players and letting go of good players too. Very strangely run club.

Who would want to be part of Real Madrid right now ? Fans boo players and coaches after 1 or 2 bad performances, important players get sold for the next flavour of the month and the board keep's the club in a mess.

If i was a top footballer and if i could pick any club to join, Real Madrid wouldn't be one of them.

I agree, they are the epitome of a spoilt brat, everything about them. It's a shame because they were a club I once admired.

If he's sacked Zidane will take over.

That rumor was started last week. It was suspected that fsw had to win this match. Barca were playing w/ Messi not at 100%. Also the match was at Estadio Bernabau. Then Sat came & Barca absolutely crushed RM. Looks like fsw can work on his new diet now

I would prefer they dropped into EL, thanks Juan Mata's beard

I hope they go all the way to the EL final and lose by a late goal.

Pretty sure they'll have some injuries along the way.

Arsenal going out in the group stages has been long overdue. They are such a pointless club in the Champions League, they never do anything.

It's like England in international tournaments, they never actually achieve anything.

It would be good for them to drop into the Europa League to damage their league run. Then, hopefully they do well in it (without winning of course) so England's co-efficient doesn't suffer too badly.

Barcelona were disgusting today. How you can do that to a fellow European team baffles me. But seriously that MSN trio is sublime. No other words. Just amazing to watch. The relationship between the three is different class. How many other teams where two of the 'main men' are on hat tricks would you see them both let their compatriot step up to take the penalty. Nice touch I felt. He missed but still classy. There is a genuine bond in that team where the individual sacrifices himself for the greater benefit of the team. Credit to Enrique too as many doubted him suggested he would be sacked before his first season was up.. How he made them eat their words. Enough of the Barca fanboying now. I'd love to see our players show some of that same togetherness.
