I often saw your posts on there Rob, based on what I saw of them I was very surprised to hear about your ban. Overall it's a pretty decent site.

A sense of footballing poetry that Vardy breaks the record against the team of the previous holder.

I'm still stunned as to how Leicester look so much better than us with a team that cost next to nothing and is managed by a man we fired. As Greavsie used to say 'it's a funny old game' but it's driving me f**king mad watching everyone being better than us. Even Sunderland beat Stoke today after we failed in two attempts! God help us tomorrow as it's going to need Devine intervention for us to beat Spurs.

I believe also that DeBruyne was excellent for City today and orchestrated their win. Still, I'm sure he'd have been sh*t if he'd stayed with us.

Some context is needed here.

Sunderland where at home to Stoke, we played them twice at there place and played damd well both times, I have no idea how we didn't put them away.

I watched the city game and KDB was OK, nothing amazing, when he was with us I was very excited about him and all evidence points to that he could end up being a very good player but it's hard to say it was a mistake still.

I'm not all that confident about tommorow but also wouldn't be surprised if we won in style.

And as for Leicester.. Fair play to them

Unbelievable. Hats off to Bournemouth. Didn't give up.

Both my lads had accumulators today. Both had Everton down to win, and until Bournemouth's 97th minute goal all their other results had come in. That last gasp equaliser cost my elder lad around £250 and my younger lad around £500.

 

As if we didn't have enough reasons to despise Scousers.

Congrats to Vardy - fantastic story. Not sure why footballing history seems to start with the Premier League though - I think the overall record is 12 in a row.

Superb, especially given their injury problems this season. What a shame the ref booked their player for 'over celebrating' his 97th minute equaliser though, pathetic.  I'm assuming he took his shirt off ? 

 

 He clearly didn't and it now seems Stanislav wasn't booked.....The live updates on the BBC website got that wrong. Terrific comeback by Bournemouth though.

Yeah I loved it there and held a lot of respect, I was banned for a misunderstanding but wasnt offered the chance to either explain or talk about it which really annoyed me, total lack of respect for long term members and they wouldnt have done that if I hadnt been a Chelsea fan. I was always a pessimist but it became signature of me so occasionally I put it on.

Great story for vardy, I might still have a chance of a career in footie too........
