April 12, 20169 yr 2 really poor teams. PSG don't have a midfield when those 2 are out and City are boring as f**k to watch. Madrid, Bayern or Barca will thump City Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
April 12, 20169 yr This game proves what we already know. Zlatan is not a big game player. De Bruyne is class. We showed PSG way to much respect, they really aren't that good.
April 12, 20169 yr If Ibra could play as good as he talks about himself he'd be super Apparently there's singing, 'Ibra's a sh*t Andy Carroll' !

With Veratti they are just like City are mince without De Bruyne. We are a poor side so it's no shock we lost to PSG this year
April 12, 20169 yr It's a shame Wolfsburg couldn't hold on. Hopefully Benfica or Atletico Madrid can cause a shock tomorrow.
April 12, 20169 yr Quality wise that up there with the worst knockout games I've seen. Hopefully tomorrow has better on offer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
April 12, 20169 yr Not a particularly great game and PSG without Verratti, Matuidi and a fit Pastore really didn't stand much chance. Truth is both are on the second tier of European football at the moment so the semis will hopefully be City's limit.
April 12, 20169 yr I know football fans are fickle but I will go to my grave pissed off that we kept Oscar over De Bruyne and Mata. Edit: I really hope none of the team reads this site. Edited April 12, 20169 yr by bluelion111
April 12, 20169 yr Why? Hate Barca and Madrid and given the choice out of Bayern or City, I'd go with City. Would also be good to have an english side win it.

April 12, 20169 yr cant believe we chose (Mourinho) Oscar over de Bryune , unbelievable !!!!Big changes at PSG this summer I think Edited April 12, 20169 yr by DidierDrogbalala
April 12, 20169 yr What I learnt from the City Vs PSG tie was we would have beaten PSG easily if only we took our chances. PSG isn't that special at all, we just been shooting ourselves in the foot in the last 2 seasons against them.
April 13, 20169 yr Aguero bottling it, he's not a big game player. Thank God we went for Torres instead of him.
April 13, 20169 yr This game proves what we already know. Zlatan is not a big game player. De Bruyne is class. We showed PSG way to much respect, they really aren't that good. or it could be city have game changers, we really don't. silva and kdb are better than anyone we have in our side tbh.
April 13, 20169 yr You'd have to be an incredibly stupid individual not to appreciate what De Bruyne had to offer, then and now.
April 13, 20169 yr You'd have to be an incredibly stupid individual not to appreciate what De Bruyne had to offer, then and now. KDB is one of those players who at times looks fairly ordinary but then does something amazing and he does appear to have the knack of performing when it matters. WHY did we never give this lad a chance. Has to be the singular worst decision Mourinho made. He dropped a real clanger there. Let's hope he makes a few more like that when he goes to Man Utd!

There are reports that Jose didn't want to sell him and thought he could have a spot long-term but felt he wasn't doing enough in training. De Bruyne is the one who asked to leave and you have to bear in mind that we bought Matic just before we sold De Bruyne and this club seems to operate on a one-in, one-out policy to it's detriment sometimes. It's a shame that it didn't work out because he's a fantastic player but this seems to be yet another thing to bash Jose with when there would appear to be far more to the story.

I know what you're saying ShedEnder, but what ever way you look at it, it was a bad decision. I know we're going over old ground, but every time I see KDB score or play well and for one of our big rivals, it's another reminder of the complete f**k-up. You say there are reports Jose didn't want to sell him. Meaningless. He DID sell him. I hear the same thing with Lukaku. "we couldn't guarantee playing time - he didn't want to stay". Bollocks. NO player can be guaranteed playing time but you let them know they are an important member of the squad - put an arm round them, make them feel wanted and play them and give them chances. For whatever reason Mourinho didn't rate KDB or Lukaku and he got rid.
April 13, 20169 yr "You say there are reports Jose didn't want to sell him. Meaningless. He DID sell him. " He didn't though, the club sold him. Jose didn't want Cech sold and certainty not to Arsenal but the club did it anyway so it can't work both ways. Who knows the real reasons behind it, from the outside it did look like Jose didn't rate him very highly because he didn't play much but we do seem to sell before we buy these days.
