This has been an awfully depressing season. Nearly every game has been tense and uncomfortable, often with major incidents making our management or players look rather silly.

 

I think having the expectations leading into this season, and then performing like this compounds it so much. If we were used to being a mid-table team (in recent years), it would still be disappointing...but it's the manner in which we've fallen, which is rather hard to take (and understand).

 

I don't know if Jose is the problem. I don't know what else it would be...these players just won the league. You can point out the bad attitude of some players...but what caused it if not the man responsible for maintaining squad harmony? Complacency?

 

Every game I tune in, just expecting Chelsea to magically return to normal, and every week I'm left feeling more confused than ever.

I just can't believe how poor we are, we are massively in a crisis. Tactics, a bad transfer window, underperforming players etc it's just strange. We are the Champions but we're playing more like Chumpions. Only way we're getting back into CL IMO is if we win it or drop into Europa League and win that.
