Kante, Radja, Asamoah etc etc. At least conte can see the glaring problem in our team which is physicality and athleticism. And we do need to get 2 of these players.

don't think we would. we would have matic, kante, pjanic, RLC, fabregas and also mikel for central midfield, as well as a few youngsters in colkett, palmer etc we could bring in. if ake and/or baker comes back then they could play in cm too.

Sorry I was referring to signing only Pjanic. I missed the first part so yeah 100% agree. That midfield would do just fine. My only worry would be if Cesc was out for an extended amount of time

Not too sure about that. The president has repeatedly stated that he won't do deal with Juventus.

Seems Juve have done just that. Juve just ended all interest in Oscar and given Roma enough funds to repel our attempts for Nainggolan. Not good news.

Transfer window isn't going well so far albeit early days

We are going to raise our bids by £1m per fortnight untill the end of August when Man Utd will make one bid and sign him for £45 million and we then will sign Tiago on a 1 year loan deal.

I would like to know which positions we're looking to strengthen. because currently we've had rumours about god knows how many attacking players, a couple of strikers, a couple of central midfielders, various central defenders, and a 30+ year old full back. there was talk about conte only wanting 5 players. we don't look to be selling anybody (barring vague rumours about matic and costa) so really not sure what we're looking for. it is kind of obvious central midfield and defence need the most upgrading, so we should be throwing money at quality players who are not unattainable.

reports today saying roma president has offered nainggolan a contract extension and wants him to stay. with the player also claiming a week or so ago he is happy in rome, i am feeling a lot less confident about this transfer. we will be stuck if we miss out on both him or kante. 

Me too enigma. Will be a very bad start for Conte's relationship with the club if we can't secure his key targets.

Honestly our strategy is more constrained than once upon a time. Far more FFP conscious, which is odd given the disregard of City and PSG for it.

This won't happen. Time to look for plan B.
