Following Our Nearest & Dearest Rivals, 2016/2017

Featured Replies

Not a single loss for the home teams this weekend. 8 wins and 2 draws.

Incidentally, on the Premier League app for Android, when you click on a game, at the top there's a list of goals, assists, and cards. They use the official names of players. I was scratching my head at a new player at Liverpool called Barbosa de Oliviera. Turns out it's Firminho

I was also excited about our debutante Borges da Silva. A 16 year old academy prodigy promoted to the first team? Alas, it's our dear Willian.

38 dead and over 100 injured. Turkish police believe that it's the work of Kurdish separatists. It doesn't look like they were targeting the football game, unlike the bombing in Paris, as the match had concluded 2 hours earlier.

I hope there's a level of hell that even Dante didn't know about for the terrorists.

One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. Let's try keep politics off here as best we can, although please look into the genocide and ethnic cleansing of the Kurds before chucking around the word 'terrorist'.

They are getting very angry with each other over on The Fighting Cock. Though I guess the clue's in the name.

Anyone who murders innocent people like that is a terrorist, simple as that, matter what their reason is. Evil vile scum.

Bingo, Anyone who gets offended by that or disagrees needs to take a good hard look at themselves, What freedoms are you fighting for if you are killing innocent people at the same time!

Look mate, Not everyone on here is in tune with the current state of affairs in Turkey or Turkish politics nor do most care or want to be in tune but for you to act contrarian or dismissive of innocent people dying is pathetic. It's like saying 'Oh who cares about 9/11, The American government invades countries itself so..', Just because there are bad examples of a certain race or nationality doesn't excuse you for not caring when innocent people die.

Dismissive and not caring of innocent people dying? Get a grip of yourself. I have not once condoned these or any similar acts of violence. Idiot.

I was scrolling through what I thought was this topic and I noticed a lot of replies saying "I hope Dele Alli breaks his leg" - "Dele Alli will probably score and break his leg at the same time".

I thought "Oh dear, have we really sunk this low?"

Turns out I was still on the Arse forum from when I was glancing at their reactions to Diego's late goal.

Classy.

You sure that was from an Arsenal forum. Not enough 'ya get me blood' and 'listen fam' in there for it to be those window licking inbreds.

Arsenal = mentally weak manager, mentally week team, and mentally retarded supporters.

f**k knows why they are getting excited at being second. In a few weeks after the new year they'll find themselves in a mid table battle with Stoke.

Crap game between United and Spurs. Neither team really wanted to go for it, United got the break and happy to let Spurs come at them, Spurs had nothing to offer after going down. Their positions justified their performance .

Whoever stopped us from signing Stone last year deserve some credit, he's right where he belongs, playing meaningless pass at the back while not doing his defensive duties. I reckon teams will look forward to play City now, that back line and GK are probably the worst in the league by form. Bravo is just a midfielder wearing gloves, they really need to remind him to use hands once in a while. Pep definitely under estimated the teams in EPL, the usual 70% possession and 5 clear cut chances won't guarantee a win in this league

is there a chelsea fan on arsenal mania? can't imagine the urge to call out some of the many idiots there

now lots of them are finger crossing over a diego/hazard injury. sheesh

"Of the 16 clubs who were seeded first or second, 15 advanced to the knockout round. And of the 16 with the highest wage bills, 15 made it out of the group stage, with Tottenham Hotspur being the notable exception."

Oof, embarrassing.
