Obviously he'd be an excellent addition, and we'd actually have a left-footed set piece taker for the first time since Mata left. If we signed Rodriguez I don't think we'd need anyone else.

Very similar to Filipe Luis in stature, defensively I don't think he's peaked yet but at 23 still has time to improve. In his career to date Rodriguez has averaged a goal every 8.5 games and an assist every 6 (if Hazard leaves next year we may need a LB who can chip in with a few assists). Can also play wing back and LM.

Seems to be picking up traction on social media that were the only ones to have bid the amount his club wants.

Great player got a wicked left foot still needs to sharpen up the defensive side of his game though but still only 23 which is crazy as he seems to have been around forever.
