You're not making sense now mate, Terry puts him under pressure so he puts himself under more holding onto it, last man + pressure = get rid, very simple stuff, he was to blame as well, him for 2nd and Terry for both goals at fault

definitelty dodgy decisions by the ref. Swansea Amat probably should have gone for constantly fouling.

 

but we should have killed the game off. And it's common in the league " if you don't take your chances you may live to regret." We had chances and should have taken them. Also we were at fault for there two goals. Yes Cahill was fouled but he invited the pressure on him. He should have passed it straight away rather than mucking about.

Just because you don't understand the point, doesn't mean it does not make sense. I agree with you that we should clear in situations like that, but CLEARLY that's not the way we have been instructed to play. So Cahill  is just following the gameplan. And had the referee done his job properly, he would of essentially defended the situation. 

Like I said before: If we played the offside trap, and their players were CLEARLY offside and scored, you should blame the ref not the players for following a gameplan, even though admittedly there is an increased risk of situations like that. At the end of the day, it was the referees mistake.

The starting line up and a typical late subs.. conte is making life complicated for the team, why can't he just use our best XI from the get go for f**k sake?? he annoys me, 2 points dropped..

 

Oh btw, oscar was quite ok in the game, hazard was not good but not that bad, kante's performance slightly dropped off and costa, it reaches to a point where he's just a man who pops up with a goal but frustrating to watch in everything else especially in the dribbling department.. 

 

speaking of the ref, he's so damn obsessed with the thinking of letting the game flow, so obsessed that he ignored the blatant foul on cahill that led to the goal... as for cahill, sure he's fouled but he's still to blame.. he's taking way too much time on the ball despite being the last man, you just don't take that kind of risk, he should have known better... 

At least the fight is back this season, we have more passion, more heart and it's still very early stages, defence could obviously be better and we need to score more goals, but let's see how Luiz fits in again and Zouma, hopefully more goals will come. I'm feeling positive that we'll push for top three, let the oppo fans have their little day in the sun, they enjoy every draw/loss we have, they're that obsessed with us. 

Defensively we were awful today. Sure, it was blatant foul to Cahill, but as a defender at his caliber, he shouldn't be holding the ball and invited pressure to him.

He is the last man and it's very risky.

I am actually more mad about Fabiansky fouled on Costa, it was a cleared penalty.

Our players were kicked constantly especially Costa and Eden Hazard, Amat should have seen at least 3 yellows but somehow he manages to stay on the field...

There is definitely desire in there, the players seem actually interested in playing. Frustrating day? Yes. End of the world? No. It was, as many have already said, just one of those games. All we can do now is look forward to Friday night and hopefully 3 points against the dippers

Well if the refs weren't so sh*t and inconsistent with their decision making then i wouldn't complain so much. Footballers know what they are doing against us, they know they can foul us a certain amount of times and get away with it, it happens every game. Ref's should be aware of this obvious tactic and they should put a stop to it. 

And he didn't give us a freebie on Costa's high kick, overhead kicks that make contact with the ball are never given as a foul. If Costa's overhead kick should have been a foul for dangerous play, then so should every overhead kick. The only freebies the refs give in this league is the amount of fouls they let teams make against us before a card comes out.

I think Chelsea will be the unhappier, they will feel they should have gone on and won with all the chances they had. A great second half and a wonderful spectacle from the Premier League.

No excuses from referee Andre Marriner. He could see it was a dive by Diego Costa and he should have been sent off. Then, would you believe it, he pops up with the equaliser.

The ref had a fairly big influence on the match, but ultimately we only have ourselves to blame for not taking the numerous chances we had

Yes, no doubt about it. They would have been down to 10 men and with the amount of pressure we were putting on them, we would have won comfortably.
