August 5, 20178 yr I am ready to throw away $1000 if Sandro joins Chelsea. I don't think it will ever happen. He might end up joining Man Utd or City next season. Edited August 5, 20178 yr by TheAwesomeGem

Are we missing something here or is it just as f**king obvious as it looks, don't piss about pay 10 million more, make a season changing signing....learn from the past. Maybe we are all just thick and there is some complex situation we are overlooking but seems pretty f**king simple, seems city do it that way. If paris can pay 200 million, we can't pay 10 above what we fancy paying? Edited August 5, 20178 yr by DonAntonio

We're a vastly more popular team worldwide than Man City. A Russian Billionaire, Shirt Sales, Premier League Reward Money, Player Sales, New TV Deal and we still are trying to pull an Arsenal and scrounge as much as we can.

You know what people slate this kind of talk but I agree, ambition makes money and real Madrid proved that from 2006 to now, he is making the Chelsea brand very valuable, those players that help us win are nothing but investment in strengthening teh brand and teh value of Chelsea as an entity... He is obviously a good business man but it seems a stupid time to pull back on the ambition, in 6 years we can say we have been an elite level club for 20 years, if we win another CL bring in star players, it will, as mentioned, pay off in the value of his asset, he must know this, which leads me to believe he must be in a bit of a financial downturn, because it makes no sense business wise to become Arsenal at this point in our growth we are in a position of strength why put dampers on the building process now?
