I feel terrible saying it but I actually hope Costa gets sent off, it's the only way he gets out the team other than being injured and I'd never wish injury on a player. 

I hope Costa would ask to be subbed off.

Yup. He's been poor for a while now and even when he was in form he was still average compared to other forwards in the league. Despite this Batshuayi hasn't been given a chance, it's so frustrating.
