May 27, 20179 yr We won in in '97 then again in '07. Anyone notice a trend forming here? It will be a tough fight not matter who Wenger puts on the field. KTBFFH!
May 27, 20179 yr Match day.Ten o clock train from Hemel then on the beer until full lol.We have had a marvellous season and this would really cap it off.The highlights for me were stopping Spuds winning the title and knocking them out in the semi but the double would be nice for JT to go out with.Scorchio today so drink plenty.....UP THE CHELS !!!!!
May 27, 20179 yr The day is finally here, I'm excited nervous and wish we didn't have to wait until 5.30 but so be it. Come on you Blues!
May 27, 20179 yr We have the classiest manager in the country. I hope the Conte era is a long, happy and successful one. The way he deals with the media only enhances Chelsea's reputation- if Jose were facing Wenger today instead the build up would have been full of petulance, aggression, mockery and childishness. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40062358

May 27, 20179 yr Final crystal ball prediction for the season...and it's a good one! The ball reckons the cup is ours: Chelsea (4-2-4): Eduardo; Moses, Azpilicueta, Cahill (c), Alonso; Kanté, Fàbregas; Kenedy, Costa, Batshuayi, Hazard Subs: Baxter, Aina, Luiz, Zouma, Aké, Mati?, Pedro Prediction: Arsenal 0-2 Chelsea (Batshuayi, Costa) Even with Eduardo and Kenedy starting, Arséne Wenger's men are no match as the strikers find the net to win at Wembley. Of course, the ball has been wrong on many occasions (and almost certainly will be again with its team prediction)...but fingers crossed it has predicted the right team to win. Any score, any way, I don't care. I want the double. We want the double. Good luck, lads. Go get it. CFC!
May 27, 20179 yr fabregas 95th minute offside game winning goal off his hand to cap off arsenal's unforgettable season

May 27, 20179 yr Cech allegedly gutted by being dropped. If Begovic leaves this summer we should try to bring Petr back to Chelsea

May 27, 20179 yr Will head off soon...biggest thing making me nervous is so many pundits, people saying we will win...sounds silly I know...I hope like Utd in Europa league final for an early goal to deflate them

Not taking a win for granted, I've decided not to drink my tea from my 2009/2010 Double mug, but from my Champions mug from that season. Sing and enjoy!

More importantly, who was it that used to have the lucky sofa, and us he sitting on it today?

Come on Chelsea. the 1970 final is renown for a number of outrageous physical challenges and the leniency of the refereeing. I think Eddie Macreadie's two-footed flying challenge at head height on Billy Bremner was among the best the other things I've loved this morning are that Leeds wore their Wembley shirts again for the replay - 18 days after the first match. Obviously couldn't be bothered to get new ones. there's a moment when Peter Bonetti takes a drink from the Leeds physio's magic sponge and then washes his bare, muddied hands with it - goal keepers playing without gloves and of course despite the physical nature of this game, no one rolls around in fake agony, no one surrounds the referee to dispute a decision and no one is wearing day-glo orange/lime green boots real football, oh the nostalgia of it all...
