Wonder what the general consensus is about Llorente now that the dust has settled. Our board was labelled as incompetent for not actively making an effort to get him in the summer, but he has looked mediocre for Spurs & their fans can’t wait to get rid of him.

He missed a great chance yesterday too. 5 games, 0 goals for Tottenham, Batshuay has 7 in 12 for us. I would say on current form, our 2nd striker is a lot better than theirs.

Stupid as it may sound I think he would've been a good signing, suits the system, but he's looked awful at Spurs. 

I think Llorente might be one of those players that needs regular football and he is not getting that at Spurs. If I am right just as well we avoided him.

Yep. Not a massive fan of ave a slice, but can't deny he keeps clubs up and I'm certain he will sort of the mess. Shame, as it would have been good to see one of the "Bigger Clubs" get relegated.

Reviewing is, I would currently pick Swansea and Huddersfield for the drop and perhaps West Ham.

And regarding ffp.......this shait was designed to keep the elite in power and lesser sides.....well under them. Did you know utd's david gill was one of the first people to really push for ffp? They were sh*t scared of us and future teams doing the same.....the status quo had to be remained. But we all know what then happened........and of course it went the way it did. Yet the good people at UEFA didnt see anything dirty when they sponsor themselves 100-150m a season. THe game has got so rotten and dirty from top to buttom......but no one says anything. I find it so funny when city fans claim they have gone past arsenal and chels when it comes to revenue and supporters etc......its just sad. As others have said, nobody in power stops them, eventhough they keep continuing spending huge amounts every summer.....without selling anyone......I Wonder what these people get in return.........yup the game is clean folks, its not bent or rotten.

Agree with Swansea, Huddersfield possible and I think West Brom too. Think Moyes despite his downward spiral since leaving Everton might just turn it around at the Hammers for one season.

Yes as it happens that's just about the time he should have them playing well. Still see us winning that one.
