November 29, 20178 yr 96th minute and City still win. I knew they would, even at 1-1 with 95 minutes I knew they'd win it. This season is just over for everyone else.
November 29, 20178 yr Sterling, Salah, probably the players of the season so far...........what is going on, these guys are supposed to be sh*t?

November 29, 20178 yr Sterling's late winning goals this season: 97th minute against Bournemouth 88th minute against Everton ( draw ) 85th minute against Huddersfield 96th minute against Southampton
November 29, 20178 yr Can't believe they've scored another late winner, it looks nailed on for them, they have the ability and the luck, everything required to win the title. 12 in a row now, one more to equal our and Arsenal's record. I think they'll beat it too.

United will be really up for that game, they won't want a team to break a record against them, just like Tottenham were up for it against us last season.

Think Moyes despite his downward spiral since leaving Everton might just turn it around at the Hammers for one season. Time will tell but I think Moyes has lost it and this will prove to be his last job in management. Terrible result for them last night and their next 3 games are Man City, us and Arsenal so expect the Spammers to be propping up the table come Christmas.

Agree that if he bombs at West Ham, he is finished at top level management, perhaps coaching or commentating. Doesn't look good just now.
November 30, 20178 yr Maybe we can look forward to hearing his insightful comments on BT Sport, or more likely that Bein sports in Dubai.
November 30, 20178 yr I am surprised how far the likes of stoke, west ham, swansea, everton, palace, southampton etc have fallen. A couple seasons ago they were clubs challenging for europa spots now they're falling into relegation zone. The midtable teams are worse this season it seems. A fine example of how far those clubs have fallen is seeing burnley above spurs and challenging for 5/6th ffs. If only we had a better start to the season. Smh. Edited November 30, 20178 yr by enigma

Yeah, I was quite surprised when I actually looked at who was 6th and below, but I think it's just a normal mid-table churn; Everton lost their best player and 'did a Spurs' with the money and completely imploded, the likes of West Ham, Palace etc. have had similar collapses for one reason or another whereas Burnley, Watford etc. have quietly sorted themselves out. I don't think it's a case of the mid-table being worse, just some teams are playing better than we're used to, with the others doing particularly poorly. I'm interested to see how Spurs do from here, as they've done very well in the Champions League, but are having a rough time in the PL. I feel like they still have a good first choice 11, but are in need of a bit of a freshen up and to inject some new energy and competition into the side, as I feel they're in danger of shifting from 'consistent' to 'stagnant' when it comes to their squad. Probably bottling it. They never perform under pressure and they can try to find some rough diamonds but with a stadium to fund, is there really anyone decent available in January that'd like to go there and hit the ground running with wages less than 100k p/w at a paltry sum? It's not like they could offload anyone for huge sums without it jeopardising their season.
November 30, 20178 yr I see Utd have Arsenal away and City at home. Good chance for us to climb above or at least close the gap.
November 30, 20178 yr There is no reason why we can't win all of our December games besides the one at Everton away. Huddersfield & Southampton will be a bit of a challenge as well but we are definite favourites. I'll be very disappointed if we don't beat this Newcastle side.

He can join the mighty Alan Pardew (who I'm sure will be back there within a year after he bombs with West Brom) and Jaime Tight Trousers on sky. Put both of their collective football knowledge and achievements together and you've got some real tasty stuff there. Maybe some other useless muppet like Woy can join them, make it a full house of sh*tcrocks.

They desperately need backup for Kane that isn't Llorente (who needs crosses in the box to be good - something we could have actually given him).

December 1, 20178 yr Everton and Big Sam deserve each other. That's a club who tried to sign Cavani/Costa, and ended up with Sandro, tried to persuade the likes of Simons and Silva, ended up with Big Sam. Big Sam has been talking up his managerial abilities for years, so now he has 150M a year to spend and acting like the manager of a big club. For 6M a year, he can't lose whatever happens next. Poch wrote a f* book about finishing second last season, for f* sake where's Raneri's book, or Big Sam's book about keeping Palace up.
December 1, 20178 yr http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-42194382 London Mayor Sadiq Khan has agreed to take over the former Olympic Stadium amid "financial challenges". Mr Khan says a "catalogue of errors" by his predecessor Boris Johnson led to the costs of transforming it into West Ham United's new ground soaring. An independent review says the conversion cost £323m - the original estimate was £190m. Mayor of Newham Sir Robin Wales said Mr Johnson left the stadium's finances in a "dreadful mess". Mr Khan claims Mr Johnson's decision to make taxpayers foot the bill means Londoners will have to shoulder a predicted loss of £24m this financial year. He will now take control of the London Stadium in order to "renegotiate deals" and "minimise ongoing losses". Image captionLondon Mayor Sadiq Khan will now take over the running of the former Olympic Stadium Mr Khan said: "I ordered the review into the finances of the London Stadium to understand how key decisions were made about its transformation and why costs were allowed to spiral out of control. "What has been presented is simply staggering." According to the review, policing and stewarding costs have "increased notably". It also adds that E20 - the public sector company set up to run the London Stadium - is projected to make a lost of £20m next year and a total loss of £140m over its first 10 years. Image captionWest Ham United moved to the London Stadium from Upton Park in August 2016 Reacting to the takeover, Sir Robin said: "On behalf of Newham residents, I am angry that the deals and decisions made by the former Mayor of London and his administration have left the stadium finances in such a dreadful mess. "It is regrettable that the finances of the stadium have not followed the expected course." He said it was "vital for Newham however that the stadium remained a public asset in public ownership, to maximise its regeneration, community and other financial benefits". Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, who was the Mayor of London between May 2008 and May 2016, has been approached for comment.
