Thought it was a clash of heads at first viewing, but seeing it again, clear penalty. He just wiped him out, lucky he didn't get a concussion from that, especially his head hitting the floor.

If that wasn't a penalty, they can just remove that from the game... the ref was just a couple of meters behind and saw the whole thing. Incompetent bastard...

Yeah he did, wanted his defensive side of the game to improve. He's much better further forward and as a youngster his natural attacking development is being wasted and jeopardised.

Jose’s away record against the top 6 is pretty shocking. Didn’t realise it was so bad, no win in 8 and only 1 goal scored. He never would of had that record first time around with us. He was always good in the big games.  I wonder if it’s a sign that his powers are on the way down.

That's what annoys me atm. Is Conte doing it on purpose, to show the board he's not happy with the signings? Because City started Laporte 2 days after he signed, Sanchez started straight away, Aubameyang now too.

Honestly, all Arsenal need is perhaps a decent defensive midfielder, another good defender and maybe a new goalkeeper and they could challenge for the league next year.
If Conte manages to get Top 4 with our squad, he deserves a lot of credit, credit which should be awarded with big money in the transfer market.

Yeah it seems we are being left in the dust imo.......and there you go Abau just scored too. Still some way to go but overall we look the weakest atm. All teams around us do their best to get quality players.....god help us regarding top 4.

I just worry that missing out on Top 4 will prompt a Hazard and Thibaut exodus in the summer.

The problem is not so much the top 6 clubs, It's more like the bottom 14. They are all fecking useless. The quality is dreadful and continually bringing back managers like allardyce doesn't help. Not just because they beat us, but Eddie Howe is probably the best manager outside the top 6.

Bottom 14 teams aren't going to roll over a let big clubs play their kind of football. If Chelsea were a relegation team, I'd sure as hell was Allardyce to be at my club.

You really make me laugh, this Arsenal is nowhere near the top 4 or 5. They are just looking good (and an off side goal) against a really really poor Everton.

They have Ozil, Auba, Lacazetta, Mika.
If they had a more competent manager they could win the league.
Look at the players we had last season, only 4 or 5 could be considered world class.
 

Everton's attempt at 3-4-3 is a joke, Walcott and Bolasie don't track back and Niasse is doing his best to emulate Batshuayi, just can't hold the ball - they have no control of the midfield and they're giving Arsenal all the freedom in the world on transitions.

Has Allerdyce really made much of a difference at Everton? They had a few good results, but they seem to be just as useless as they were under Koeman.

Ozil is sh*t, Mikhitaryan is a ManUtd reject, Aubameyang has been better and Lacazette has scored less than Morata or Michi. With Hazard, William and Morata we have a better attacking than they do.
