I'm actually baffled at how many times he has done this and barely anyone picks up on it, I thought Alex Ferguson was the worst loser that I've ever saw, Klopp takes the biscuit.

Makes you wonder why he didn't ask his players to keep the ball on the ground.

I've never heard a manager to make such stupid excuses, he said that United hat too many injuries that disrupted Liverpool's rhythm to win the game.

I suspect his announcements are as much for his team as the fans, NLP or whatever trying to convince them they are still winners..........

Convenient that when it's Klopp it's "4D Chess" coming from the Liverpool fans, but when it's any other manager they're sore losers.

Looking at Serie A now since Sarri left Napoli the gap has widen it just shows how well he did at Napoli having to compete will Juventus

Our fans just lack patience. I mean losing 6-0 is horrendous and shouldn't happen but we can't blame that on the manager completely, this team is in a dire need of some change.

I hope the "f**k Sarri Ball" chants come back to haunt us, it'll teach our supporters a lesson to stop being so fickle and impatient, it's his first season.

"Long grass", the snow, the wind and United having injuries. I wonder what he will blame next. I would love another Stevie Me moment when we face them again, he will say the grass is too wet :laugh2:

I always liked Klopp even when he came to Liverpool but the last two seasons particularly this one he has become a massive prick.

It must be the Scouse effect.

Liverpool as expected are slipping away, a point here, a point there. Before a ball was kicked this season there was only one team ever wining the league. And it's so reassuring to hear Pep say they are looking to strengthen in 4 positions for next season. I often wondered what it must be like to be a football fan in Scotland and support someone other than Celtic.

Watching MOTD 2 last night and they were surprised by Klopp's substitutions, he left Shaquiri and Sturridge on the bench when they needed goals.

I think it was Jenas that said Liverpool only had three goal scoring options on the pitch they needed more, whether he was right or not it seems to apply to us also.

People think Klopp is full of class and charm but he's just as bitter as any other football manager no difference and nothing special about him. It's not over yet but Liverpool so far couldn't win the big games and that's a big sign.

Watching MOTD 2 last night and the Liverpool interviews, with Klopp and I think it was Robertson, came across very defensive and like they had a serious chip on their shoulder. I feel like the pressure is definitely starting to show! Let the slip'n'slide begin...

Yeah i thought this too. Robertson said something along the lines of "There was never any pressure on us, all the pressure has been on City to retain it". Sure that wasn't the case when Liverpool were 7 points clear of them.

I see he was playing right wing a couple of matches back, had a decent cross from that position. What's your thoughts on him as a wide attacking player?
He's Garbage out wide , he does have a decent cross in him but those are very few and very very far between. He does pose a problem as Rashford is better down the middle than he is so we have to shoe horn them both into the same Starting XI and with his current form we cant leave him out. He's more of a goal scorer than a footballer Lukaku but he can score the goals against the lower league dross which is EXACTLY what we need right now with Arsenal coming up.

Its a shame that Chelsea have turned a corner , i was hoping Fulham and (to a lesser extent) Spurs would nick a point and send you lot into a spiral again but you've played some decent football of late. Can only hope its a false dawn.

Its a straight 4 way tussle for 3rd & 4th now.

If Mourinho made the excuses this bloke makes he would get absolutely demolished in the media.

There must be some weather differences across Liverpool's Stanley Park !

We are playing better yet still not clinical enough and liable to concede, the next league match against Wolves will give us a better idea of our true position.  Of course we might get better as the season progresses following recent manager to squad discussions.

Difficult to know as all outside of City and Liverpool are not consistent, even question marks over Liverpool now.  Utd have been more consistent though Utd have some big-six matches before the end of the season which should also be interesting like the forthcoming fixture, Arsenal away.

If you draw there and Chelsea win, it's all to play for.

The one weakness that Liverpool have is IMO with regards to midfield creativity.

I'm not sure that they have enough to consistently break down sturdy defences and it's beginning to show with the number of draws that they're picking up.

Davinson Sanchez won't face further action for kicking out at Laurent Koscielny

The incident was seen by the match officials and no action was taken at the time

As much as I’d like to see Tottenham players banned for anything, that was a nothing incident. Dennis Wise would have done worse to his own players in training!
